The firm was founded by Rich Wenger, CPA, and Mark Bauer, CPA, in 1982. They have broad expertise in tax and accounting including financial audits, reviews, and compilations.

Business Owner

Richard W. Wenger, tax partner, has been a CPA since 1970. He worked for the big eight firm of Peat, Marwick & Mitchell and established the Newport Beach office for the national firm of Main Lefrentz in 1975. Mr. Wenger also served as Finance Manager of Sealy Mattress Company in Denver, Colorado. As a public speaker, Mr. Wenger has lectured in the areas of real estate taxation and understanding tax returns for corporations, partnerships and individuals.
