Pooja Toor studied under the watchful eye of India’s most talented hair removal experts; she then began to fulfill her vision of bringing her unique ability to shape the brows so precisely with only the use of thread to the fashion forward Orange County market. Thus Perfect Brow’s Orange was born. The technique has been around for hundreds of years but the attention to detail is something that Perfect Brows feels they have perfected! History

Established in 2013.

Perfect Brows was established in the fall of 2009 in Orange, CA. The company was founded by Pooja Dodhiwala Toor, who on a visit to India for travel met one of India’s most talented hair removal experts; she began a six month mission to study her techniques, artistry and craft, and then set out on a quest to fulfill her vision of bringing this unique ability to shape the brows so precisely with only the use of thread to the fashion forward Orange County market. The vision proved rewarding; a small 750 sq ft. space off Chapman Ave. was now a hotbed for threading services. The company now has three full service locations in Orange, Belmont Shores, and San Juan Capistrano, offering full face threading, full body waxing (including Brazilian) and facial skin care, using only industry leading product line brands.
