Kaos to Calm is a whole home concierge service. Karen is a Paralegal and Professional Organizer. Let Karen and her team of organizers help you with whole home organizing including the garage, refrigerator, pantry, bedroom closets, play area, file and computer organization, hanging of pictures and art work, and assembling shelving. We will carefully pack for or unpack your personal belongings from a move. Orange County’s professional organizer and her team will come along side you to help you organize your house one room at a time. With a three hour minimum per job, we will make efficient use of the time spent on the job, so when we leave you will feel a sense of clarity and relief knowing that you have your house back minus the clutter. Other services offered include handyman services, house cleaning, assistance with running errands, pet sitting, house sitting, and anything else that you would rather have someone else do.

Karen was a birthday gift for my Mom and she was amazing! My Mom is very busy and needed help organizing her garage. She was efficient, patient and had so many great organizing ideas. She was here for 3.5 hours and the garage looks great! We can actually walk through it now without tripping, ducking or falling! She is definitely going to use Karen to organize inside her house! We would recommend her to anyone! Karen makes the perfect gift too! Her prices were very reasonable as well… Thank you, Karen!

Karen is amazing… I am a general contractor with lots of papers, contracts, estimates, budgets. Karen has organized my house, car and my office. she has helped me organize my paper documents to digital by scanning papers and placing them in Dropbox. Lord have mercy! Karen is an answer to prayer and greatly CALMED my soul! I’m a gal that doesn’t perform well under the stress of clutter and not being able to get to my «stuff» easily. My «stuff» in the garage was all over the place… especially the floor, which I so desired to de-​clutter and return it to the state of where it should be… CLEAR!!! Not only did she arrive right on the polka dot of our agreed upon starting time, she got quickly to work without any lolly-​gagging. In a mere two hours, she and her help-​mate Jeremiah had my garage back to its former pristine state of organization. She works quickly and cheerfully, without an ounce of an «oh my Gawd, how did you ever get to this state!?» No recriminations or embarrassment here, which I totally appreciated since I was truly ashamed of the state of affairs! I recommend her without reservation and so hope that you’ll avail yourself of her services so you can regain your sense of CALM as I have! Finally acknowledged organizing & cleaning out my garage was too much for me. Karen & Marcus were fantastic in taking this huge burden off my shoulders. Best: they really listened to me regarding how my garage was organized & what items I used the most. Really important to keep the important stuff handy but neat. Better yet: they organized AND cleaned all the shelving so my garage isn’t just neat but now it’s really clean. Couldn’t be happier!

When I woke up this morning, my mind was as cluttered as my garage. I had received a notice from my HOA that I needed to provide a space to park at least one vehicle in this often overlooked appendage to my home. I was stunned that they knew of my neglect since embarrassment of the clutter prevented me from opening my garage door. Enter Kaos to Calm and the mighty Karen Fischer. Bringing her team of organizers, Tina and Jordan, they set out to assuage my anxiety. A few short hours and an astoundingly modest fee later, I felt the trepidation ebb as my garage was transformed from a cluttered storage unit to a functional car park and workshop. Karen and her team truly delivered me from Kaos to Calm! Next week I’m hiring her to do my home!

What an awesome company! Called them the day before because I was desperate and needed help organizing my entire kitchen, living room, closets and office into one room so that renovations could start on my house the next day and they didn’t hesitate! They were at my house at 9am the following morning organizing, boxing, labeling, hanging and stacking till about 3pm ! So incredibly helpful I could never have done without them! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a little organization in their lives!!!

I contacted Karen, the owner of Kaos to Calm organizing service to see if she accepted jobs out of the Orange County area. She called me back right away and we made a date to clean out and organize my garage. She came this morning and now my garage looks great! I fix a lot of things and try to doitmyself whenever I can but sometimes ya gotta get help – especially when it comes to letting go of junk that is weighing down and cluttering up your life. She was like a declutter coach, pushing on and giving me a nudge to let go of junk when I needed it but not being overbearing or judgemental.
She sorted stuff out and cleaned and organized in a logical manner so I could find things in the future without making a mess.
She showed up exactly when she said she would, put on her gloves and got right to work. She is pleasant and fun to work with and highly effective at what she does.
I highly recommend her services. I will probably call on her again. I love my new garage!

Bought an Amazon local coupon to work with Karen and her team. First 2 hours for $ 50. I figured it would be a quick job; Karen said on the phone it would take about 3 hours. Karen came with Marcus and Brenda for the initial assessment. It ended up a VERY long day… They spent 9 hours on my garage, but the end result is astounding! I can actually now work from my garage!
It was a lot longer than I expected, but they were fair and completed the work. I highly recommend Karen and her team! Just clear out your day in case it takes longer than expected!

Oh… my… Lord! Get Organized and Move was– litter-​ally– yep, meant that– answered prayer! Keeping my home clean is not a problem for me– keeping it organized, that’s something else. So when I found that I was building piles all around my home and home office so that I could clean around the piles, it was stressing me crazy. And the stress was not only wasting my time looking for things but it would escalate as it was also causing me to fall back on my work which ultimate equated with less income. Along came Karen and in a few sessions she gently but firmly, patiently and caringly helped me eliminate clutter and re-​organize my home and work space. She doesn’t just help you, she educates you. For chronic hoarders who can’t let go of «stuff» or creative people who find stopping to organize chokes the creative process, you can’t afford to not use an organizer– and Karen is awesome!
