Healing Bodyworker Tom Frigone

Tom has a very vibrant and healthy outlook on life, spirit and body. That all translates well when he is working on my 56 year old body. My two hour deep tissue massage was amazing and I felt so much better after being in his hands. I have chronic lower back pain, achy muscles and sciatic nerve pain down my left leg often. After seeing Tom in his comfortable and cool massage studio, I left feeling pain free.

I first met Tom in my yoga class. I admired his flexibility and beaming health. After introducing myself he shared his personal transformational life story of losing over 100 pounds to vibrant health. I was immediately impressed and wanted more information on how I can improve my health. After my very first appointment I didn’t even recognize myself. I was so much more flexible and relaxed and less stressed. His treatment by far surpassed my wildest expectations. It was a whole body experience of being in his compassionate presence under the loving care o his healing hands. Tom’s touch was very intuitive almost magical. Tom is a gifted, caring, knowledgeable and skillful practitioner I would give my highest recommendation to!

Tom gave me a three hour deep tissue message. I started crying after from all the emotion and stress releasing from the deep places we keep them in our bodies. Not too rough, not too delicate– this guy is a pro at reading bodies and the many forms they come in. Tom works intuitively, passionately, and with precision. Best message I’ve ever received, still till this day (and I’m very picky about these things).

Tom is an incredibly gifted human being. You can tell when somebody is authentic because first and foremost they will be a shining example of what they are offering. Tom is exactly that. I can’t recommend him enough. In only a few sessions with him I was not only feeling 200% better, but I had learned where I went wrong in the past, what most likely originally caused my pain, and how to take proper care to ensure I didn’t end up back where I had started. Tom is a gifted healer and also incredibly generous with his wisdom, knowledge, and time, as he will openly share what he knows with you — making a session with Tom invaluable. Even one visit with Tom will change your life for the better because, if you are open and listening, you will absorb a lot from him. He radiates a pain-​free, flexible, strong, and healthy body — and knows exactly what it’s like to be the complete opposite of that. I have never met anybody like him because what I have just described is extremely rare. I am honored to have crossed paths with this man, and if you’re fortunate enough to be considering a session or series of sessions with him I urge you to at the very least pay Tom at least one visit.
