When you buy a house, there are so many things that have to be checked. Furniture, fittings, décor, plumbing, plastering and drainage. And leakage. I had not checked for water damage and leakage and this was potentially inviting danger. When it rained, there was substantial amount of water leakage into the basement and also in one of the rooms. Getting it cleaned was turning out to be quite an issue for me. And I was worried about the damage that had happened which was not visible to the eye.
I began looking for people who could assess the damage so. And I chose Gregory Restoration. They did a No Cost evaluation for me which was great for my budget. They detected some water damage in the room and extensive repairs in the basement. I was so impressed with their work that I contracted them to repair this water damage. Their rates were affordable too. These people are friendly and they know their job which makes it great to work with them. You can count on them to do a thorough job.

Scheduled a carpet cleaning and made sure to clear the rooms of furniture and had everything ready. Get a call the day of canceling my appointment because they were understaffed and someone had injured themselves. The job ended to be done immediately and we were offered no consolation. Might be just bad luck but would not recommend. Called Stanley steamers and they filled us in same day afternoon.
