I recently bought a house and interviewed several contractors. We selected Geo because he asked all the right questions, has extensive experience, and was the most professional out of all if them.
We got a sense that his main focus was doing it right, and taking full responsibility to manage all his subs. We are two professionals that don’t have time to manage or deal with it not getting done right.
Here is the positive things:
1. He is transparent with all costs. Never reacts negatively when asking him to clarify. He embraces your being comfortable.
2. He has a very experienced crew that e has been building houses and custom kitchens and baths with for years and it shows. In fact, we went through another referral to refinish our wood floors and they ruined them. Asked George if he could help address them. He sent in his guy and he redid them entirely and my wife’s reaction was they came out exactly the way she envisioned. All his work is very professional and done right.
3. He entirely manages his crews against committments and goals. Literally, he will call you with changes before you even start to wonder.
4. He is on time and very straight to the point in discussion. I don’t have a lot of time, he keeps it very business like but is such a great guy.
He finished exactly on budget, on time, and the work exceed my expectations.
