History

Established in 2010.

We are a collection of like minded coaches who wanted to give our members a better place to train and develop. We focus on technique, and building movement from the ground up. Our members vary from elite athletes to individuals who have been sedentary for years.

Fantastic crossfit box. Plenty of space and equipment, well programmed workouts, easy parking, and best of all kind and caring coaches and members. Truly appreciated the positive energy here. I dropped in for 3 days while traveling and can’t wait to return on my next trip. Wish I could workout here all the time. :)

Jeremy and Richard are top notch! You’d be hard pressed to find two coaches who care about your well being than these two guys.
All the box-​mates are so supportive of one another. Be it this your first time stepping into a box, or if you’ve been xfitting for 10 years.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s wanting to improve and push themselves to the next level and are tired of the gym scene.

I am so grateful for CFNB !!! It has totally changed my perspective of what «working out» should be like! This is more of a sport than a workout. Each day that I go in I get inspired by individual goals I have. The programming is amazing. The workouts are the most fun & brutal experiences at the same time. The coaches are friendly, creating an environment where you can do more than you ever thought you could… My weight issues have been replaced with wanting to fuel my body with what will help me best for my next WOD (workout of the day)…I am very pleased with the physical and mental changes I’ve seen in myself !! I am also thankful for the camaraderie of this down to earth community!

Great team of coaches and camaraderie among your membership. What a great group of people to encourage you on to good health and fitness. I miss it when I am not there enough! Gained a lot of flexibility and posture has improved with the strength training. I noticed a difference in one week!

This review is long over due. I’ve been a member for a year and absolutely love it. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, competent and motivating. They will challenge you to meet your goals but know when to modify work outs or correct your form to make sure you don’t get hurt and get the most out of your time in the gym. There’s a fun camaraderie in the gym and the members make everybody feel welcome. I started going to CrossFit No Boundaries to get in better shape for my other activities, but now its become and ends to itself. I look forward to going to in every morning, but don’t fool yourself… you will be pushed to your limits. I’m stronger and leaner in my late 30’s than I was in my early 20’s thanks to the crew at CrossFit No Boundaries. Give these guys a call!

I’ve been a member for about a year and a half now. The gym fosters a community atmosphere, with friendly, knowledgeable coaches and members from all walks of life. It’s competitive if you want it to be, but the coaches make sure you focus on form and scale the workouts to your ability. I joined with some old nagging injuries, but the workouts, while intense, have definitely made a difference. I just turned 43 and am in probably the best overall shape of my life.

These guys are awesome. I have been going for a little over a year and the coaches have helped my body change and grow a lot stronger. The coaches have been patient and incredibly flexible with helping me learn and grow. I have never done any weight work and they focus on mechanics so you don’t hurt yourself. The people who workout here are awesome and everyone gets along great. It’s an incredible atmosphere to work out in, one that is challenging but still a good time. A lot of the members hang out after class and we go on gym trips together. I love this place!

Love this gym! Very friendly and motivational staff that know their body mechanics and really help you to improve your form. The other members are all really friendly, supportive and fun too. Don’t feel out of place being relatively new to CF and over 40. I signed up for the 3 classes per week, but already getting completely addicted and considering switching to more classes. I shopped around before I signed up and this is the cleanest gym and most reasonably priced I found in the area. Have tried the 6am and 5:30 classes so far. Both are great!

The coaches are awesome! Everybody there is extremely friendly and willing to help you achieve your goals! I am very proud of the things I am able to do now! As a mom, it is kind of hard to go everyday but when I do oh man! They sure know how to bring the beast out of you! Lol

This is my 3rd month in at No Boundaries Crossfit.
I am gaining the results I wanted in my physique and cardio ability.
The staff is young and energetic and really gets the class motivated to go faster, higher, heavier, and farther. A great family environment with plenty of extra outside of class activities. This gym is still growing with plenty of awesome plans for the future.
They support their community LEOs/​EMS/​FIRE and Military with great incentives and keep them fit for the constant everyday challenges they face everyday. This a great, down to earth, no frills, rugged gym.

ALL I CAN SAY IS COME ON A SATURDAY 9am-​10am!!! IT’S FREE, THE PEOPLE ARE SOOOOOOO AMAZING, and that I went from being a girl that was 165lbs I am now 100lbs and TONING UP FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE!!! I couldn’t run a lap to doing my VERY first mile, lifting over 100lbs, NOW I do hiking and am placing in 5k races all because of CROSSFIT!!! The Coaches are HOT! ;) AND THE NICEST YOU’LL EVER MEET!!! It changed my life!!!

I started out in February, after a year of being pregnant/​newborn and not really working out at all. I was terrified to walk into the gym. The coaches have been so encouraging, helpful and made sure I did not do anything to hurt myself. Yet at the same time I started doing things that I never thought were possible. It is a hard workout! My husband is amazed at the things I accomplish. In just one week a started to feel and see a difference. Now after 4 months, I feel great and actually look forward to walking into the gym.

Best gym ever! All the coaches are extremely passionate about what they do and it really shows. They are extremely motivating and supportive of every member no matter what your fitness level is. They will push you out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the things you are capable of with their guidance. The members are great too, everyone is so nice and welcoming. If you are looking to get in great shape but don’t know how and don’t want to do it alone Crossfit No Boundaries is the place for you!!!

As good as it gets!!!
Crossfit No Boundaries is an amazing experience. It’s a no-​frills gym where you get your sweat on and your boundaries are constantly pushed. The coaches know their stuff and know when to push you and when to tell you to rest.
If you’re looking to get your ego stroked or some ‘Zumba’ classes, go elsewhere… if you want to be hard as nails and faster than light, CROSSFIT NO BOUNDARIES is the place for you.

Super friendly staff, very inspiring trainers, and a workout that pushes me each time. Its the most fun hard work you’ll do. I love the team feeling, being pushed in a motivating way, and how the workouts change everyday. I have been going here a month and I have found my new home gym just based on the results I have from that short time. My diet mis good, but as you can tell from my other reviews, I live to eat, not eat to live, and this type of workout helps me keep me lean. I recommend it to all my friends and those that have gone have really liked it.

This facility and the trainers are first rate. The trainers are well trained, certified, dynamic and incredibly encouraging. The workouts are challenging and able to be modified for every level. It is more than a gym, it is an addiction!!!
