Costco Wholesale

Well, I finally got a Costco card. From the minute I walked in my shopping experience was fabulous. I found everybody to be helpful, I bought a new product, The Cocafe… the girl who was giving out samples was wonderful. She was, for me the selling point. There were quite a few people there and she made the product sound amazing.
All the cashiers, and customer service made getting my card easy and fast. All my questions were answered. They even helped my roommate.
Thankyou Costco for making an outing that I hate, which is shopping. Into something fun.
Even the customers are friendly.
So, as Clint Eastwood would say, Costco San Juan Capistrano, make my day… lol

Costco is a really good place to go when u need food for party’s and special occasions. Sometimes the prices are cheap but u get more of what u really need, not like your average grocery store. But one of the upsides is u get samples! one of the downsides is the lines r something long around lunch time! the hot dogs their are excellent!!!, and so is the pizza!!! Their so cheap, by cheap I mean $ 1.50. Remember next time u go to Costco stop out side and get a yummy hotdog!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dropped off a VHS video at the Photo Service area to transfer to a DVD. I was told it would be 4 – 6 weeks. I went in to pick it up 8 weeks later and was told they do not copy shows recorded from television. This was obviously not told to me when I dropped it off. The title of the show is even listed on the receipt they gave me so it’s a mystery to me why they took it, made me wait 2 months and made no attempt to contact me to let me know of this policy. Won’t make the mistake of trying to use their service again.

This is your basic average no frills Costco. There is no car wash, gas station, or mega sized store. However, all of the expected items are included; the tire center, bakery, food court, butcher, pharmacy, etc.
The staff is very friendly. I think the biggest difference here is that the store is extremely clean every time that I have been here. It is also the closest Costco to my moms house and she is always raving about it.
It has very easy freeway access as it is at the merging of I5 and PCH. While it is a middle sized store, they carry most of the standard items you would expect. I do not recall seeing any specialty «regional» types of items but not all of the stores have those. Worth coming to if you have something happening this far south in OC or if you want a polish dog on your way to SD.

Anyone who follows my reviews knows that I am a big Costco fan. I have been recently told by a fellow Unilocaler (Mimi J) that I’ve written 8 Costco reviews so far, so let this be number 9!
My husband has shopped at this branch before, but yesterday my daughter and I had the pleasure of shopping here for the first time. I really enjoyed my overall experience here even shopping on a day that would normally be busier than normal (Mother’s Day). We were able to comfortably shop in many of the aisles and do a little comparison shopping and not feel as if we were being pushed around or cramped like in their other much busier locations.
Not only were we able to pick up a camera at a great deal, but also great everyday essentials we often go through such as vitamins, Lysol Wipes and Keurig coffee refills to name a few, that were on special in their latest coupon book. We also purchased a few of our groceries for dinner that evening.
We came at the perfect timing, right before lunch, where there were samples in every other row from strawberries with cool whip to macadamia nuts, ham sandwiches, crackers topped with brie, gyoza and many different salsa and guacamole toppings with chips just to get started. Mouth watering yet?
We were also thrilled that we were able to return our tomtom GPS that had been giving us problems for quite a while, and switched it out for a Garmin GPS instead. We feel very confident with all of our larger purchases here knowing that they have a great return policy. They stand by all of their products, which is one big reason why we always choose them for our larger ticketed items including shopping with them online. I will definitely be back!

One of the perks of shopping at CostCo is to «graze» through the nibbles offered in various aisles. But an even greater delight is to have Sebastiana, one of the «demonstrators» go the extra mile to help CostCo shoppers understand the various ways they can prepare, embellish or otherwise enjoy whatever entrée, appetizer or other yummy she is demonstrating. Kudos, Sebastiana!
