It’s mostly just your typical corner liquor store. Nothing special… except ! Except, in the corner in the back, they have a fairly amazing selection of «library wines». Old vintages of early Napa Cab(Diamond Creek, for example), older vintages of Ridge zinfandels… on and on. They’re not giving them away, by any means, but if you dig around(and older wines interest you) chances are that you will find something you wouldn’t expect, at a fair price. I’ll say this, too. The storage conditions are nothing special(this is not a Hi-Time, where the fine wines are underground and chilled), so I wouldn’t be surprised if the oldest wines haven’t held up very well. But, of the wines I’ve purchased and tried, the wines have been sound.

After searching for a couple hours and from Laguna Beach, Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano for our favorite liquor, Amarula, we finally found it at this shop! We had tried 6 places before. The clerk was friendly and helpful, which was different than any other store as well.
