With a variety of sizes from 5’x5’ up to 10’x38’, we have the right unit to fit your storage needs. If you’re looking to make a little bit of extra space in your garage, moving and need some temporary storage, or your business needs to store hardware or even vehicles.

Our facility is enclosed by a solid perimeter wall with a steel entry gate. Each unit is locked with your personal lock to ensure only you have access. We also have 24-​hour video surveillance and an on-​site manager. And to make unpacking even easier we have dollies available for you to use for free. Just ask for them in the office, and we’ll be happy to provide them to you.

History

Established in 1989.

Built in 1989 by Mickey and Pauline Kisling, Capistrano Properties Self Storage has been family owned and operated for over twenty four years.

Originally built with 360 units, over the years we have made changes to accomodate the changing needs of our customers. We now have approximately 300 units of varying sizes to fit all of your needs.
