Be aware of this company!
They do not live up to their promises and will leave you with a unfinished job.
They built a combination of retractable roof and permanent roof system that is rusting and sagging and is useless.
It is now a huge liability for my business as its threatening to collapse with heavy sagging puddles of rainwater. Only after threatening with lawyers, Steve came out and admitted all the fails and we agreed on a plan to fix it.
Now 1 ½ Month later still nothing has been fixed and now he is not responding.
They also falsely acclaim they are accredited on BBB — Better Business Bureau — which they are Not.
We regret hugely we hired this company and paid them over $ 21.000

Very friendly staff… reasonable price. We had them complete an existing awning recover… took a little longer than anticipated but Holly made sure to explain the situation and ensure that we were taken care of. Would do business with them again.

product I received looked cheap with hardware showing and not vallace of cover for it. When I asked for a simple modern cover for the mechanisms I was told it would be s custom order and that I would have to pay additional money. I’m sorry but if a product comes looking cheap with exposed hardware something is wrong.
It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not heard where the product is and how much it will cost.
I called to today and asked to speak with the owner. The foreign woman refused to give me his name and when I asked for her name she hung up in me!
If the valance or covering comes in and looks as cheap the shade. I have a feeling we will be in a war to get my money back.
I am disgusted with their product and customer service
