As a Wedding DJ, I have had the pleasure of working with Tracey a number of times over the years and she is professional, easy to work with and her images are stunning.

2 Rings & a Dress is everything you want on your wedding day. Tracey has a great eye, and with her lens is able to capture all the emotions running through you.
I was going crazy looking for a photographer that spoke to me with their photos… and Tracey’s photos said 1000 words. I felt emotion in her photos from other people’s weddings that wasn’t present in most photos I looked at.
Quality: I needed to be able to trust my photographer, and not worry about anything. 2 Rings & a Dress satisfied that need. Tracey captured all the moments I hoped she would, all the moments I remember, and some moments I didn’t remember at all.
It goes without saying that my photos are gorgeous and I am beyond pleased. In fact, I’m kind of obsessed and can’t stop looking at them. When I look at them I feel like I’m reliving those moments over and over… It’s addicting! They’re romantic, happy and loving.
Quantity: I have more photos of my wedding than I’ll ever know what to do with, and sooo much variety… and that’s a good thing, duh!
Customer Service: Tracey is in touch whenever you need her and I felt taken care of through the entire process. While she was capturing the candid moments of the day, I didn’t notice she was there (unlike some other photographers I’ve seen at weddings which actually disrupt the flow and interrupt guests so they can get «their» shot). She was actually climbing in bushes at one point, like a ninja, just so she could get the perfect shot of my husband and me.

I will start by saying Tracy captured some beautiful pictures at our wedding. The reason for 1 star is that I have never encountered someone like this before. We were promised things that were not delivered and then told that we were the ones who said we didn’t want those services. Pretty sure I would remember changing my mind, and the contract for that matter. After sending out picks for the album we heard nothing from the studio. We called, emailed and heard nothing back for almost 2 years. That’s when I decided to post a review on Unilocal.I heard from the owner the next day. Imagine that! She left a message saying that if I took the review down I would get the album. Oh and the album had been ready for ‘months’! So weird since no one ever contacted us to let us know it was finished. So I took down my review and waited. An album proof was sent to us a couple weeks later with pictures that we did not pick originally. I decided to overlook this, excited by the fact that I might actually get my album that I paid for. That’s when a new contract came saying that we could not have the album we paid for unless we agreed to never say anything negative about the studio or owner on social media, print etc. (non disparagement agreement) We were ok with signing if we got the book first. DENIED!!! Ummmmm??? How can I agree to ‘only give 5 stars’ if I haven’t even received the product ??? We got our lawyer involved because we felt like this was extremely unjust. The studio would not back down even under threat of being sued. All of this was going on while I was having a very difficult pregnancy. It was so stressful that I decided to just move on. I refuse to give up my rights to an opinion in order to get a product I already paid for but was never given.
The most frustrating part of this whole process was that with every incident that popped up (too many to mention) we were never given a sincere apology. There was always an excuse or it was a ‘misinterpretation’ on our side. Even our lawyer was blown away by the lack of professionalism. That’s just not what you expect from a small business owner. All we wanted was our album, I would’ve been happy to never mention her name again.

This is my first negative review. My husband and I were married at Shore Break Hotel in Huntington Beach, CA in July 2010. My father paid an additional $ 1000 for a photo book that we never received. I attempted calling and emailing for either our wedding book or our money back, but Tracy never responded. I moved to Northern California a year after our wedding, so I have been forced to let it go.
Every time I look at someone’s wedding photos I am reminded of how we were ripped off so I am finally writing a review.

Late post: Wed in May 2012
My experience with Tracey was a negative one. It’s actually the wedding horror story I used to tell everyone. We were sold on her introductory offer. She has great salesmanship, I’ll give her that. She also has a talent for photos, but her professionalism and demeanor leave much to be desired.
Day of:
— she was rude to the groom. Some argument about parking, really?
— she was supposed to have an assistant. We paid for this assistant to have a meal. No assistant showed and the day of coordinator was literally using her jacket to block the light for some of the photos. Lack of equipment and/​or preparation.
— she claimed to have free access to the Mission SJC across the street. Good thing my husband had his wallet on him when we went to do our photos because he coughed up the fee for all 3 of us to get in. No reimbursement offered or even an explanation.
— she literally told one of the valets «do this or I’ll cut your balls off». We laughed uncomfortably. Mostly she just made us uncomfortable.
Long after the wedding:
— she gave me a lot of excuses as to why things never happened in a timely manner. Getting our wedding books was a process that took over a year. First she had a staph infection, then her kid was sick, and finally she hurt herself enough to be in a wheelchair. It sounded dramatic enough to be completely fabricated or karmic retribution.
I was weary of upsetting or pushing her too much because of that big wordy contract she had us sign. Must be a lawyer in the family. When we finally got the books I was relieved to delete all those emails and forget about her entirely until I received her Linked In request today. My response is NOPE. Spare yourself the drama and find someone nice, you deserve it on your wedding day!

The moment we met Tracy we knew she had exactly what we needed. She was warm, friendly, professional, and truly an artist. From the second she showed up to start shooting my bridesmaids and I, she completely took charge. She knew exactly the angles, lighting, ect to capture the best quality photos. You could tell she had done this before, and done it well. I felt like I could sit back and relax and enjoy every second of my wedding day. She had a crazy way of making me feel so comfortable and confident… Even though I can be a bit camera shy. She had such a fun personality, I seriously can’t say enough how much we LOVED HER. The photographs were absolutely STUNNING!!!-everything I could have imagined and so much more. My husband and I were just in awe. What talent! I could go on and on! If you are searching for a wedding photographer look no further. Thank you Tracy for everything, you are AMAIZING!!!

Tracy is an amazing photographer with an eye for the extraordinary. So friendly and knows exactly where to be to catch the perfrct shot. She has a great imagination to capture unique moments and listens to the thoughts you may have to create a shot. Truly a wonderful experience working with her and her team to create a great wedding memory.

Tracey is amazing.
She shot our destination wedding and worked so hard, not only at capturing the moments of our wedding, but creating stunning portraits. She works the light to make the scene and the subject appear to their best advantage. She went above and beyond, by helping to manage the environment so I could relax and be present at my wedding. She helped us both feel comfortable in front of the camera. During our reception, while we were all relaxed and enjoying, she was there in stealth mode, taking photos of our guests, and the details, all the time, smiling, laughing and making everyone feel at ease.
Photos of your wedding are one of the few tangible things left as a family memory. Tracey has created a beautiful and loving treasure for our family. I think because she has a family she gets how deeply personal these memories are for a couple. You can trust Tracey to take care of this day with professionalism, creativity, and a passion for excellence.
I am so glad Tracey was there on our wedding day, you will be too.

I cannot say enough good things about 2 Rings & a Dress Photography. Tracey photographed our wedding in December of 2014, and I just couldn’t be happier with the images. They are absolutely beautiful! She took so many beautiful photos, and they are everything I expected, and so much more! Tracey is a very sweet lady, and an absolute pleasure to work! Tracey at 2 Rings and A Dress is an incredible photographer, but for us… she became so much more.
I don’t even know where to start. There are so many reasons to entrust 2 Rings And A Dress for your wedding photography.
My husband and I had a destination wedding April 2011 and we were so confident in what we saw of Tracey’s work in Ceremony Magazine, Pinterest and website that we hired her for our «big» day. I returned over and over to chance a viewing of new work, living vicariously through images of other couples special day seen from her eyes.
I appreciated that I wasn’t staring at static, generic portraits, but rather a slice of life that stretched out in many different directions. I noticed new detail each time I looked at each picture. I couldn’t help but notice that her photojournalistic approach brings life and depth that sharply differentiates her work from others.
We were thrilled when she exceeded our expectations, going completely above and beyond for us. I immediately recall her natural and confident style that allowed us to entrust ourselves to her completely as our photography specialist. Even my husband, who does not like to be photographed had fun and was able to relax and be «in the moment». I just can’t say enough.
Tracey went above and beyond to make my day flawless. From directing our limo, jumping in the role of «coordinator» at times, bringing me coffee, to even helping my husband with a button on his jacket that had come off minutes before the ceremony. But what she did just hours before our wedding takes the cake.
The day before our wedding I came down with an illness called Bells Palsy causing the left side of my face to droop. I was feeling very self conscious and thought my wedding photos would be ruined. With everything paid for and family who had traveled, canceling our wedding just wasn’t an option. Although my husband sweetly suggested we wear sunglasses during our ceremony, Tracey offered a better plan and reassured me that everything would be OK.
Get this… on the day of our wedding, while I was getting ready, Tracey took the initiative and actually traveled to the local Nordstrom and asked for a few items and a glue gun. Before I knew it she had returned while I was having my hair done AND with an incredible handmade feathered headpiece in hand! She had MADE the headpiece herself to help me camouflage my droopy face! I could not have asked for better service; not to mention our photos are GORGEOUS. When I saw them I was filled with! excitement! They are not just pictures, they are works of art! I’ve had so many compliments on them. I don’t look like a droopy face, I feel like I look elegant and beautiful. Who would have thought! My husband loves them too! A friend of mine made the comment that you would only see something like these in a bridal magazine or for the elite. Just Extraordinary! We could not be happier. I highly recommend 2 Rings And A Dress! I would trust our special day to Tracey all over again. What a wonder it is to have a talented, kind (and funny) new friend that looks out for you, and gifts you with beautiful artwork that represents your memories, emotions and your event! You will love your pictures too. End of story. :)

From my first moments on the phone with Tracey, I knew she was the one!
I was never the girl leafing through bridal magazines imagining her wedding, and when I was faced with planning one I hardly knew where to start. The first real person to answer my calls was Tracey at 2 Rings And A Dress. Her warmth and spirit were irrepressible as she walked me through the phases of a wedding day, spending more time on the phone with me than would likely be considered sensible — especially when you’re photographer not a planner. I knew at that moment that the team at 2 Rings And A Dress would be the ones to capture our wedding.
Whether an unexpected icon of a moment (my husband and I making almost the same silhouette that my parents did walking down the very same aisle) or the subtle yet classic Rockwell-​esque moment we never knew was happening, Tracey and her team were there to capture and celebrate it.
We couldn’t be happier with our photos and we just love our albums!
Sorting through all the wonderful moments proved to be a daunting task, but Tracey stuck with us, giving me the time to feel confident in the choices I made, and offering input when asked. Coordinating schedules is never easy, and Tracey worked with me through a demanding trial schedule (I’m a paralegal), separate time zones, and waffling choices, to create an album even my mother admits was worth waiting for!

I knew upon our first meeting with Tracey, she would be our photographer and hired 2 Rings & a Dress Photographers for my wedding last May in San Juan Capistrano. Not only was she reasonably priced, but she really listened to me when describing the kind of pictures I was hoping to get and addressing my concerns on how to achieve. The solutions she provided proved she was the right photographer for us.
She suggested a non-​traditional approach to our day, giving us the opportunity to take amazing pictures at the Mission San Juan Capistrano prior to the ceremony. This allowed us to have those great, romantic, pictures against the magnificent architectural background of the Mission. She captured the buildup of when we first laid eyes on each other in a more intimate setting (it was just the three of us). These are by far, my favorite pictures of just the two of us.
She captured so many beautiful pictures of our family and friends, before, during and after the ceremony and reception, giving us wonderful evidence of the evenings’ festivities. She was such a pleasure to work with, blending in as one of us during the day by making us all feel comfortable, at times making us all laugh, joking with my dad (he had a blast with her), and yet was still able to capture all of these great and unique moments of our special day. She was there well into the night, ensuring our whole event was documented in the most amazing, vibrant, and beautiful pictures I have ever seen. Purchasing the photo album from her was a no brainer! My album is SO nicely done. I have gotten numerous compliments on the quality of the pages, the pictures, and the book itself, definitely worth every penny!
I am thankful every day I chose Tracey and 2 Rings & a Dress Photographers for my wedding.
