Founded in 1987 as Wolco Business Systems, Zoom Imaging Solutions, Inc. has steadily grown to become one of Central California’s premier vendors for digital copy, print, and reprographic equipment. We are the Authorized Office Equipment Distributor for Toshiba. In 2004, Wolco’s name was transitioned to Zoom Imaging Solutions, Inc. when Wolco President, Gary Johnson, part of the foundation of Wolco for over 16 years, purchased the organization from former Wolco Chief Executive Officer, Bill Leonard. This change incorporates the implementation of leading edge customer support and solution technologies such as, Digital Document Management, Online Account Management and Printer Fleet Optimization combined with all of the core business values that consistently set Wolco apart from its competition. Furthermore, the changeover was well orchestrated to ensure that all staff including upper level management remained intact and autonomous, with the same level of authority to serve our customers.

Business Owner
Gary Johnson, president of Zoom Imaging Solutions, Inc., may not have had his sights set on a career in the copier business when he first began selling copiers 29 years ago purely by chance, but after discovering that this was something he did well, he’s still doing what he does best, including running one of the most successful dealerships in Central and Northern California. Gary started in the industry in 1984 as a rookie sales rep in Fresno, California. Over the last 29 years he has progressed through the ranks from sales rep, then sales management, and ultimately on to corporate management.
Gary’s business philosophy is based on a core principle: exemplary service and support creates loyal customers. These ideas and principles are outlined in the book «Customer Satisfaction is worthless, Customer loyalty is priceless.»
