Woke up and my back was aching all over. I’d been looking for a place to work out all the kinks and sore spots for awhile and emailed Nicole to see if she could fit me in that day if possible. I had never been there before either mind you. She emailed me back and said she had a last minute spot open up, and I booked it right away. I’m glad I found Nicole because she worked wonders on my back and shoulders. Within a few minutes she found all the tight spots in my body and knew to apply just the right amount of pressure in each area. Nicole is definitely skilled and experienced and I would encourage you to book an appointment with her, especially if you work out or exercise a lot. Office was nice and clean and there was a parking lot in the back. I will definitely be going back regularly now.

Just received my first massage at Zenith Bodyworks. First off I was skeptical with all the high reviews. I am happy I can report Zenith Bodyworks lives up to its billing!!! I am very picky when it comes to a finding the right massage. I am very tense and have extremely tight muscles which have resulted in lack of movement and tension headaches multiple times a week. My past massages didn’t even come close! Nicole hit the right spots and with the right amount of pressure. I wish there was a sixth star! I highly recommend Zenith Bodyworks!

I was disappointed with my massage especially after paying $ 75 dollars for it… Nicole was sweet but the massage was not worth it needless to say I won’t be going back…

I found Nicole here on Unilocal because I was looking to pamper myself, and since I work out a lot and used to play sports, I always wanted to try sports massage. Also, I had tight hamstrings, so I wanted to take advantage of the post massage stretching.
Nicole is the only high-​rated place in Santa Clara County on Unilocal that actually specializes in sports massage (others do it, but it’s not their specialty), so I chose her.
Nicole has been amazing!
After my first massage, I purchased a 5 massage package.
I used one after a 5k race in which I got bad shin splints. Usually when I get those, it takes me several weeks for them to loosen up completely. With Nicole, most of the pain was gone immediately, and they had loosened up to normal within 2 days.
Not only that, but she charges less than pretty much anybody.
Go to Nicole. Just don’t take my 6:00 slots, ok people?

Nicole has been an absolute godsend.
I found her via Unilocal and set up my first appointment. I had come down with some lower back issues and wanted to get it looked at and treated. I didn’t think I needed any serious medical attention so I thought a sports massage would do the trick.
When I found her office, it was clean and inviting. It is quiet and relaxing, but also a serious office-​style set up since she is there to help ease aches and pains in addition to giving relaxing massages!
We discussed my target areas and my goals for our sessions. Before the massage started, while I got ready, she went to wash her hands. When she started, she made sure I was comfortable and that her pressure levels were just right for me. She hit all the right areas and could sense tension and knots in different places and focused on them. Afterward, I felt much better and she sat with me to discuss long term treatments and stretching methods. You can tell that like any good therapist (physical, massage, whatever) she wants you to be better 100% of the time and not have to rely on her. I thought that was great and genuine of her!
Since my first session I went back one other time and afterward I felt even better than the first time. My muscles felt like I had just had an intense workout, and I went weeks without feeling any sort of knot or pain. It was truly rejuvenating and has helped me with my busy schedule of work, kids, and being active.
I would definitely recommend Nicole if you are looking for some sports massage work or want just a relaxing quiet massage to ease tensions and forget the outside world. Her work space is clean and it is easily accessible and safe. She is very friendly and caring for her patients and she is definitely knowledgeable in muscle rehab and massage and relaxation techniques. I am grateful I found her and I am definitely happy to recommend her and say that I am a happy, returning client! I also love the scheduling system she uses online, FYI!

I’ve had the opportunity to see a good number of massage therapists this past year and I am very pleased to have found Nicole. She keeps good records of the areas she’s worked on for you and along with input from you at the beginning of the visit crafts a specific plan for each session. I would strongly recommend Nicole to anybody with a workout program that leaves them sore or inflexible as an adjunct to stretching and foam rolling; Nicole will definitely get areas you cannot and keep you feeling great outside the gym.
Before seeing Nicole, I’d never really given much thought to the parting words at the end of a massage that most therapists give before exiting the room: «your session is over — take as much time as you need.» I really could take a good long nap at the end of all visits to Nicole and it’s hard to get up and leave — the table is so comfortable and everything feels so relaxed. It’s a crying shame to get up and go drive somewhere afterwards!

I am so grateful that I found Nicole. She’s a great CMT who specializes in so many therapeutic techniques… she helped treat my broken foot and relieved all of the tension through out the rest of my body. I asked for deep pressure in other specific areas, and she targeted them all to the best relaxation that I felt in a long time. I think I’m due for another massage now!

I had a great massage from Nicole. The space was very comfortable and Nicole was very warm and professional. She has a great touch that wont make you jump off the table. I would definitely see her again for my low back issues — coming from a CMT! :)

The best massage I’ve had in a LONG time.
Nicole is very professional and great at what she does. She sets the proper expectations, asks lots of questions, and takes the time to get it right. The massage was near perfect. Just the right amount of pressure. The last 15 minutes were spent stretching my legs (I’m a runner), which I found to be value-​added.
I really appreciate that she’s technologically advanced enough in her business practices to allow online scheduling and mobile payment processing.
Go see her! You won’t be disappointed.

When you walk in to Zenith Bodywork you are welcomed by the warm smile of Nicole. The room is clean, warm and calming. It’s a single room partitioned by violet and white drapery. When you lay on the table you are welcomed by a very soft and comfortable pad.
When Nicole, starts her work she starts out with firm but calming strokes. Working deeply into the muscle fibers, communicating with you to see what your pain threshold is. She worked extensively on the areas of need (neck and shoulders) and went a little longer then originally planned just to make sure she fully relieved the pain and stiffness in my upper back and neck.
After my session, I was relaxed, calm an ready for the rest of my day. Nicole showed concern for my health and overall well being. She wasn’t trying to sell my on extra services, she simpIy gave me her opinion on what would best work for me.
I came in with a stiff neck with limited range of motion and left with full range of motion in my neck. Today after my session I feel like million dollars. I can not wait until my next session with Nicole at Zenith Bodywork.

I had my first session with Nicole a couple of weeks ago. I have some severe back pain after a good couple of crashes, racing dirt bikes. She took the time to find out exactly what I needed for my back. She has a great technique and the deep tissue massage was excellent. She managed to find all the knots and damage in my back, relieving most of the pressure in our first session.
I can’t wait to continue the work with her and get through as much of my back problems as possible. With as many activities that I do, that back problems with hinder, she is a life saver!

Definitely one of the best sports massages I have ever had. I also came here through the Unilocal promo, to get a pre-​marathon massage. But I have already scheduled a post-​race massage for next week.
Nicole spends good time understanding what you really want/​need. And, I like the fact that she has previous sports experience herself. So, she knows what you are talking about. Although I got a sports massage in my first visit, I am already looking forward having a more relaxing deep tissue one next week.

Nicole is awesome! I had a very unique and relaxing massage, one of the best I’ve every had! I came in here for a special promo, but I think I will come here as one of my regular places, as I try to get massages routinely.
I always ask for medium to firm pressure as I don’t care much for deep tissue. The whole session was nicely firm, and constantly flowing. Nicole used both hands/​arms whenever possible, and I could feel each limb being revitalized, on the top, sides, and bottom. That was much different than many other massages, where the therapist will work on a specific area. That’s good too, and I’m sure Nicole can do that too, but covering everything is my favorite.
Nicole’s arms/​hands were always working on something. A very nice flow, which followed the soothing music very appropriately. She also guided and instructed me with just the right amount of clear dialogue, and not too much so that most of the session was quiet so I could relax or sleep or just go into my own healing trance. Nicole also gave me a number of stretches on my legs both while facing down and facing up. She probably caught on quickly that I was a runner, as all those stretches reminded me of what I have not been doing enough of yet.
After the session, Nicole explained to me areas where my muscles were tight and had adhesions, in my upper shoulders, and down in the arches of my feet. She explained some simple exercises which I could do on my own to help me and relieve my tension, which I haven’t tried before.
