I love going to Zee for my skin care needs! She’s so friendly, patient and easy to talk to. Zee really focuses on the treatments and not on «making the sale» of expensive products.
I’ve had several treatments with her from micro abrasion to pumpkin peels and extractions. Her prices are great ranging $ 40 – 55, which I think is pretty decent. She really knows how to make you feel at home and relaxed and my skin always feels so amazing after each treatment.
Zee suggested that I try the Enzyme Whitening Collagen Mask to use at home and instantly fell in love with it!
I highly recommend trying Zee out– your skin will definitely thank you afterwards! :)

zAesthetics is awesome! I love coming to Zee for my monthly peel/​facials. She takes her time, and uses the best products! I started seeing results immediately and have been going to Zee for all my skin regimen and skin tips! Her prices are very decent for the quality of work she puts in. Microdermabrasion, extractions, a soothing facial massage followed by a customized mask just for your skin type. I called Zee to inquire about her facials because I have some bad acne and really wanted to start taking care of my skin. She was really thorough about her treatments and procedures and advised me to come in person for a more accurate consultation at no charge. When I came to Zee, she took a look at my skin and gave her best recommendations and different services she offered including Microdermbrasion or clinical peels. If you’re looking to really see results, then this is the place! Zee does clinical facials and more abrasive procedures so that you can reach your skin goals and be happy. She really does take care of you and listen to your needs to make you beautiful! I usually see Zee monthly for a peel, and pamper myself with facials to maintain!

First time i was here was in april. I am new to san jose so i really wanted a new facial lady rather than driving to fremont. And man her facials are half the price than i paid in fremont! I got the pumpkin peel and it was great. Right when you lay down she has this vibration thing for your back. So relaxing. I found my facial place and today i am sitting here waiting for z. For my second facial. Cant wait :) she is super friendly and knows her stuff.

I absolutely love Zee. I tend to get cystic acne that can be extremely frustrating and difficult to get so I love having Zee take great care of my skin.
Zee typically gives my skin a cleansing, microderm, an extraction, a mask or chemical peel, a wonderful head massage and tops it off with a moisturizer and acne cream. All for an extremely affordable price!
Occasionally I will have some scabbing due to the deep extractions but afterwards, my skin looks fabulous.
Zee is a skilled esthetician and such a genuinely sweet person. You will not be disappointed!

Zee is AMAZING. She is the best at what she does. Zee is super friendly always makes you feel at home and relaxed. I’ve been going to Zee for about 1 year now and my skin always feels amazing. She gives the best messages on your face and scalp and gives you facials tips. Her goal is to make you have the best skin. She really enjoys her job and always puts her customers first. Although I live in Vancouver, my finance works in San Jose. Whenever I am in town I make sure to stop and get a pumpkin peel. My skin feels and looks flawless for weeks. I highly recommend this place!

Zee has had great results with my skin.
I would describe my skin as «tough, thick skin». In my 30’s I’m blessed with minimal wrinkles and can pass for 22. But I do have an acne problem (cystic acne) I’ve been going to zee for about 3 years. I’ve been pleased with the results. I do admit, I look like a red lobster after a chemical peel, which stings a bit, but I look great after 3 – 4 days.
I recommend that you have to know what kind of skin you have before you go there!
Overall, she has worked for my skin… and I look great!

Background on me — I have been getting facials for over 8 years. Have been to many different spas so I have a lot of facial experience. I am also a skin care enthusiast, guess you can say it’s my hobby. I do my own skin care at home but I like to get pampered and it’s hard to massage your own face, etc., so I get regular facials. I also just enrolled into Esthetician school because I have decided to turn my hobby into a career.
This was my experience:
I was led into her room where she told me to lie on the bed/​chair. So I lied in the bed where she put a used blanket over me. After cleansing she looked at my skin and said I had nice skin. Then asked «Do you like the color of your skin «UMMM HOLY RACIST». I replied yes — WTF? I am tanned but who isn’t living in California. This was my first time here and you didn’t seem to care what type of skin concerns I had but only that my face is too dark? She took some cleanser and started to clean my face. She cleansed, took a face towel and wiped the cleanser off. No towel wrap on the face. Just sloppily wiped it off. She didn’t steam my face. This is basic 101 in skin care. Steaming kills bacteria, loosens impurities, etc. Instead, she started extract. Most painful experience I have ever had. Probably because she didn’t steam my face and open my pores and loosen the dirt! After my hole drilling session, she did the microdermabrasion. After the micro, she put some pumpkin mask on my face which burned. Next she used a scrub to massage my face. It was good until she started to massage my eye area with the scrub. OMFG are you serious? The eye area is very delicate and you cannot just simply use a basic scrub on it in repeated dragging motions. Applied lotion but NO SUNBLOCK !!! Beaming sun outside and no sunblock? I examined my face when I got home. My extractions were swollen and raw. I immediately msgd my friend who told me this was normal and it will look bad and raw like that for a couple days but will clear up and not to worry. I’m like WTF this is normal? People leave looking like this?
Later that night all the areas on my face from extractions started to look infected. My friend told me to wait a couple days. The next day it got worse. The day after the raw healed but turned into comadome cystic zits. That’s when I knew my face had been infected with bacteria from unsanitary methods. I’m not sure if Zee washed her hands, sanitized her tools, etc. but it was pretty clear she has NO IDEA what she is doing. How can she have 15years exp?
I spoke with some other ladies who see her and they said well she does cut corners but for the price she thought it was okay. Another friend said her face was red and peeling for weeks from her facial. Wish I knew this before.
I am only writing this review because I feel it is necessary for everyone on Unilocal to hear not only the good but the bad. If I had read more bad reviews I would never have seen her and had to go through that experience, and also had to pay my regular esthetician to help my skin — who agrees my face was infected with bacteria.

I have been visiting Zee for 4 months now. I had moderate acne scars on my face and wanted to get a Microderm to help lessen the appearance of the imperfections. I did not know what to expect at first as this was my first time going in for a facial. I’m happy to report that it’s been a great experience.
Zee was realistic and did explain the condition of my skin, and what to expect after the treatment. I didn’t really notice a visual improvement after my first appointment, but my skin most definitely felt smoother. Now that I have gone to her for 4 treatments, 1 every month, I can say with confidence and assurance that my acne scars are less visible than before.
The appointments usually last about an hour. She will clean your face, followed by exfoliation. Once she’s done exfoliating, she’ll begin the Microderm using her machine. Once she’s done, she will apply various creams to the face, along with some sort of mask. At the end, she’ll clean your face and apply some sort of moisturizing agent. I’m a satisfied customer thus far.

BEWARE! This review is long overdue, but it must be written. Okay, notice that I’ve been a client since 2011, so you could imagine my frustrations. I have had no complaints until my recent chemical peel with Zee.
Boy! Have I had the worse experience. She literally burned my face off. I must have had first/​second degree burns, which took 3 – 4 months for my skin to fully recover. She had no idea what she was doing, she did not analyze the condition of my skin, and she did not consult with me professionally concerning the side effects (which she stated there is rarely any). After the fact, she kept saying this reaction was normal. I had to Google what was normal and what was abnormal, and this most certainly is NOT NORMAL. I also took the initiative to see my Dermatologist to have him access the situation. He literally told me she used too high of a concentration! She probably uses the exact amount or more on everybody, thinking that everyone’s skin is suppose to react the same?! WRONG. I absolutely agree with the review James O written down below.
Ultimately, what I’m more furious about is the fact that she did not express any concern whatsoever about what had happened. I expressed numerous concerns, which she kept telling me that it was normal. I had to demand my money back because she offered no concern or reimbursement. I was furious with the customer service considering I’ve been a client since 2011. My advice? Spend your money elsewhere. If not, try her at your own risk!

I really love going to Zee for my skin care. I’ve tried many places so far and I truly feel Zee in most conservative with the treatment rather than trying to push expensive options your way. I’ve had several treatments with her from micro abrasion to pumpkin peels, extractions, and parafin. Her prices are great ranging $ 40 – 55, which is unbeatable for solid skin care. Make sure you call to make appts. Zee is beautiful herself so I know she is a testament of her own knowledge and care of skin. She’s so nice too! I bought a jar of face cream from her and didn’t have cash on me, so she just said take it now and pay me back later. I came back to pay her the next week :)

This review for Zee is extremely overdue.
My face was exploding with acne last winter, and I was in desperate need of a chemical peel. I am no stranger to aesthetics, and I chose Zee because of her high end facial products and expertise.
I prefer more aggressive treatments such as chemical peels and Zee listened! Most aestheticians try to «sell» you, but not Zee! She listened to my preference and since then has given me a PCA Peel and Vi Peel. She also recommended great products that have kept my skin GLOWING for the past 5 months!
I definitely recommend seeing Zee!

I’ve always had issues with my skin. I’ve tried so many products including Clinique and Dr. Perricone; spending a lot of money with no results. I had acne scars and enlarged pores from a previous bout with cystic acne due to hormonal issues. The texture and tone of my skin has always bothered me and I’ve had to wear heavy foundation because of it. I found Zee on Unilocal!and decided to give her a try.
Zee is very honest and thorough; she told me what I needed to do to get my skin in good shape. I did microdermabrasion a few times, enzyme masks and am using the Retin-​A product she recommended and sold to me. My skin is near flawless now. I no longer have blotchy redness on my cheeks or the embedded acne. My skin looks like glass after I wash my face, it is SO tight. She uses a lot of natural products and cares about the ingredients that she uses. She’s great at explaining what the products she’s using will do so there’s no surprises.
I no longer wear a ton of foundation and powder. I can use a BB cream and get away with it! My makeup goes on a lot smoother. especially bronzer and blush. I’m addicted to being pampered by Zee! I will usually go to see her on a Saturday morning and I always look forward to my relaxing appointments.

This was my second (first «real») facial, and I have to say it was lovely. I came to Zee because after getting an IUD in january I have been plagued by deep, hard acne that makes my face hard and bumpy. Nothing has been helping remove the acne and I was getting really sick of not feeling decent in public without makeup on. A friend recommended Zee and I couldn’t be happier. She did a microdermabrasion, pumpkin enzyme, paraffin wax treatment with an extraction– sorry if that is not the correct way to say it, I am a newbie– my skin already feels better and less bumpy and I can’t wait to see how much better it gets after a couple more treatments!
Not only that but Zee was very nice and knowledgeable as well as patient with me as she answered all of my questions. She also rubbed my head/​scalp, which made me very happy and added to the relaxations. I highly recommend her… even though I worry that doing so will make her extremely hard to get an appointment with OR raise her prices.

Unilocal has never failed on me! One day, I was at work and I was itching for a much needed facial so I went on
and came across zAesthetics. I immediately called Zee and she squeezed me in for a facial at 6:30pm on the same day. She is a very accommodating, professional and knowledgable Esthecian. She uses my favorite product line by Jan Marini and a few others.
I found an awesome Esthecian close to home!!!
