I don’t know where to start! This is going to be a long review but you will want to read it if you don’t want to get scammed and get the worst customer service treatment of your life from Danny!!! (See my pictures which are screenshots from our text conversations) He literally texted me «your annoying» a real business man would never do and say the things he does!
Called Danny about 3 times to get a quote when I was hung up on all 3 times, maybe bad signal? but that should have been my first sign. I finally decided to text him and he responded right away, he said he wouldn’t be able to quote me until seeing my apartment, he sent someone out and they quoted me $ 239! Even though the groupon is for $ 49! Are you kidding me? For a small apartment? Yes I understand the soap/​detergent isn’t included in the groupon but still $ 49 turning into $ 239, doesn’t make sense! He went on about how my carpets are flat and matted, and the previous carpet people did a horrible job so that’s why it’s so much money because they have to fix the fibers in the carpet… He said he would make them soft and fluffy again. In my text message he states «Definitely will not be the same outcome, I will warrant that» about making them soft and new again… Anyways I was kind of desperate to get my carpets cleaned so I agreed (stupid me)!
So they come at the scheduled time and date on time and did the job. They finished in about 20 minutes which seems way to fast to do bedrooms, living room, dining room and area rugs. The next day white spots were all over my carpet and it was flat and matted, just as he promised it wouldn’t be. I text him about this and he responded saying he will have someone come out to look at it. Brian came out the next day to look at my carpet and I was told there’s nothing he can do and also stated they tend to promise things they can’t deliver, he advised me to call Danny and tell him I want a refund because there was no fixing it.
I text Danny and he immediately called me. I answered and he starts yelling and saying how customers exaggerate and he’s a small business owner and he’s not a scammer blah blah blah, I hear him out and then tell him how he shouldn’t be talking to his customers like that and I am very unhappy about him taking my money and delivering empty promises. He says he will send someone out the following week to do a «fiber rinse» which was supposed to be yesterday. I text him confirming and he says yes they will be here. I then text him asking what will happen if this doesn’t work and he then texts me back saying he’s cancelling my appointment, calls me annoying and tells me my next step is to Unilocal him! Ha, so I’m doing just that!
To sum it up they are SCAMMERS! Danny is the most rude, disrespectful and unprofessional Business owner in the world! He talks up a good game and it’s a complete bait and switch! They do not perform the job promised and treat their customers like garbage! Don’t even think about calling this company for business, take it elsewhere, you’ll thank me later!

Brian was awesome! I called but got a voice; I didn’t leave a message. Less than 30 minutes later they called with an eta and 2hours after that Brian arrived right on time ready to work! He did an excellent job! I will use them again! Great choice!

Found them on Groupon and the appointment was quick and easy to schedule. They came on time and did a great job. They did all our stairs, carpets and also steam cleaned our microfiber sofa. I was very impressed by their team. Would highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for such service.

Its not that they did a terrible job… but I feel very taken advantage of. My roommates and I called this company to clean the carpets in our 2 bedroom apartment before we all moved in. The entire house was empty, but there were some definite stains from the previous tenants. I didnt expect perfection by any means. I was quoted $ 60 and told that a cleaner would arrive between 3 and 6pm. At 2pm, one single cleaner arrived. He told me that there was no way the job would take less than $ 200, but he would give me a $ 100 discount if i paid in cash, so I did. I took a shower, and by the time I got out, the carpet cleaner was already gone. To be fair, I took a fairly long shower, about 30 minutes, but it still seemed pretty rushed for a carpet cleaning. The carpet looked great, considering how it looked to begin with. I was pleased until I heard the sound of angry banging on my front door. Come to find out, when my carpet cleaner rushed off in a hurry, he knocked not one — not two — but THREE of my neighbors plants down the stairs that lead into the parking lot. The whole goddamn flight of stairs covered in potting soil. He even picked up all of the plants, and placed them back in the same place they had been at the top of the stairs. Im just baffled. Now I have to deal with my neighbors hating me for reasons beyond my control.

The main requirement, when it comes to carpet cleaners, is that they ACTUALLY GET YOUR CARPETS CLEAN!
This company IS THE ONLY CARPET CLEANER I WILL EVER USE AGAIN!
The crew was very courteous, they were on-​time, and they did a great job.
There were stains and heavy traffic wear in several areas in my home, and they got them CLEANER THAN COIT OR ANY OTHER COMPANY WHO HAS TRIED TO CLEAN MY CARPETS IN THE PAST!
As for the price, it was totally fair! I mean it! Two homes cleaned for a total of $ 249! WOW!!!

Called them a day prior. Quick response and were able to get an appointment for the next day morning. Bryan was the guy who came to inspect the place. After reviewing the carpet area of the house he was able to give us a good deal on the steam cleaning and also threw in a extra discount which i thought was nice :)
Bryan was very good and meticulous and did an excellent job in cleaning the carpet area of our entire apartment.
I would highly recommend them.

These guys are absolutely amazing!!! We did carpet cleaning with them 3 times already and I know I can rely on them and that after they come the carpet will be super clean and all fresh! Jeff, Mike and Dany are all very nice people, and they are an amazing team. Thank you very much for cleaning our carpets during these years and thank you for being so professional and great! It is not easy to find good carpet cleaning company, so I recommend this one to everyone!

Amazing job! I had some serious stains after 5 years of wear and tear on my carpet. As a renter I’m hoping to get all my deposit back, and after Brian worked his magic, seems like a guarantee now! He did a fabulous job, quick, knowledgeable, on time, awesome. He even called in some reinforcements for a very tough makeup stain!!! Good stuff, would absolutely recommend them, over and over again!!!

Seriously can’t recommend them enough! They were on time, polite, affordable and did an AMAZING job! I originally needed my suede couches done, but I also had my carpet done as well. I was afraid they weren’t going to be able to get all the stains from over the years out (too embarrassed to post before pictures.) Everything looks brand new again. Thank you again. I’ll definitely be using this company again.

I caught this company’s deal on Groupon. I was surprised that ‘Your Quality Carpet Care’ was willing to schedule through Sunday’s.
Brian came out on Super Bowl Sunday to clean our carpets. He was such a sweetheart with my 2 year old and putting my wife at ease. He also was extremely knowledgable on carpets and cleaning them. He even cleaned my sofas and they look awesome. Very detailed.
I am extremely impressed with Brian and his company. Our carpets look great and they follow-​up and make sure.

I had my carpet cleaned last week as i am moving out of my apartment. I looked up on groupon and found these guys. They arrived right on time and were very courteous. My carpet was in a pretty bad condition. It took them 2 hrs to deep clean it and a bacterial rinse. They did a really wonderful job.
I had no cash in my house and my husband took the car. So these guys gave me a lift in their truck. I went with them, took out cash and they dropped me back home.
I had a great experience, highly recommend them.

Had my carpet cleaned today as my new dog decided that my carpet was the grass. Yellow and black stains vanished in minutes my carpet looks amazing and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend them as I’ve had my carpet cleaned before and by far this was much better. They made sure to target the really bad spots and finished under an hour! I will be using them in the future for sure.

After a quick Google search, I called a bunch of the places listed looking for the best deal in town. Not only did Mike give me a great deal (better than anyone else I came across), but I was totally blown away by how accommodating he was and how much genuine pride he took in his work. He went above and beyond what we asked for by cleaning not just our staircase, but also tackling part of the hallway (there was a big stain he was able to get rid of — AMAZING). Would totally hire again!

This is one great company. Quality steam cleaning and amazing customer service satisfaction. Though I did pay more than the Groupon I had purchased, I didn’t feel as if they upsold me on something I didn’t need. My carpet had some deep dirty areas from a construction «spill» and for some additional cost, the whole apartment was spotless when they were done. They also cleaned an area rug for me without additional charges.
They really do know how to provide service to customers! Thanks so much.

These guys are awesome! Although they arrived after the window they gave me, they communicated to me where they were and when to expect them so all was well. I originally only wanted to clean the 3 area rugs but after talking to Jeff about cleaning my 2 couches, he said they could do it all in the same day and he quoted me a good price. I went out to lunch and came home to 3 rugs and 2 couches that have been transformed. They looked and smelled so clean!!! I would definitely recommend their service!

I signed up for full house carpet cleaning for $ 175. Jeff came, did the job, and talked me into spending $ 50 more for scotchguard. After he left, I discovered he forgot a room, took a big chunk out of my wall on the staircase, broke 2 vases, and never said a word. I called the owner (Danny) who PROMISED me a $ 25 check to offset the losses, but never sent it. I’ve left messages, no response, and he doesn’t answer his phone.
DON’T GO HERE! THERE ARE MANY OTHER GREAT CARPET CLEANING COMPANIES!!!

They were supposed to come by between three and six.
I didn’t get asleep until ten a.m. They called at one p.m. and said they were on the way. Asked them to even an hour. I was already and waiting at two p.m. with everything off the floor.
Called them three times. First call they said they were in Hayward, then they said they were Burlingame, and last call they said they would be in an hour and when I got frustrated said they would be here in the minutes. When he came in, he said he just came from San Francisco. This was after 3:00 (the original time).
There was runner rug I forgot to pick-​up. Instead of rolling it up and lying on the couch or somewhere inside. They put it outside. It was wet and dirty. I threw it away.
The job was okay.

Long over due review. These guys were great! My appointment window was 2 – 4; I really had to leave the house by 3, so I called and explained the situation and they were there by 130! These guys do anything they can to make their clients happy.

Where do I begin… Our carpets were in terrible shape and literally making me sick (horrible allergies). I found this company on Groupon. Awesome service! They had a cancelation and came early, very professional– Jeff was extremely helpful. This is truly a quality carpet care company. He even threw in a complimentary bacterial wash!!!

I am continuously impressed by your companys scheduling communication on time arrivals anf overall performanfe. I am super happy that I bought the liquid deep cleaning option — the whole house smells great. the carpets feel like new — especially since we decided to let them soak a bit.
