YOLO Suites

I stayed at their unit for 4 weeks. It’s really new, clean, and safe. The place is good for 1 person or 2 people. The kitchen is full equipped including cooking tools (rice cooker, pans, pots), dishes and cutlery. The bed is not too soft ans too hard (how you feel it depends on a person, though). They don’t keep food from the previous visitors except salt and pepper, which is good. I don’t want to stay there with food that I have no idea how long it’s been there. The cable TV has more than basic channels and Netflix. The condo has a nice and clean gym, outside pool and hot tub which is located 30sec walk from the unit. The gym is equipped. Each machine has a TV. I didn’t try the pool, but the hot tub was warm enough even at the end of Nov.
I really enjoyed staying at the place. But there is one thing I didn’t like. The big windows are facing to the inner courtyard. I like opening shades and having sunshine into the room. But the other building is very close and facing to the unit. I couldn’t open the shades all the time. I think it depends oh how much you care.
Lastly, this is the most impressive point along with the great property. The owner (landlord) was AMAZING! She was responsive. When I had any issues, she responded to me quickly (even at 11pm-​12am), and resolved the issues soon. She always thinks how she can make her client stay comfortable. I definitely want to stay at their unit again.

The YOLO folks are awesome. We stayed at a number of their places in Santa Clara and Mtn View and found them all to be super clean, well maintained, and in great locations. Anna (YOLO owner) is super responsive and made sure everything was taken care of and addressed for us quickly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Bay Area.

The owners of Yolo are friendly and professional. I rented a unit from them and it was clean, modern, spacious, conveniently located to the supermarket/​VTA/​Levis stadium/​off the freeway. The owners were very responsive to my inquires and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Check in was a breeze and was pleasantly surprised to find snacks on the kitchen counter & laundry detergent available for the washer. I would highly recommend their rental unit to friends & family and will definitely them again in the future.

I had to find a place to stay while my house was going through some renovation. Anna was a great hostess. She met me up late for check in and made sure I got to the apartment safe. The place is nice and has everything you could ever need, including a rice cooker! It was very clean and really close to Santana Row and Valley Fair. The complex was really safe & quiet and had a nice pool & gym. She responded to all my questions quickly. I loved the convenience of being able to take care of everything online. I would definitely use Yolo Suites again!
