XI Wedding Space

XI Wedding Space provides professional, top of the line service to my wedding this month. Right from the start, the wedding manager was able to use the budget that I provided to design a wedding that fits my wife and my preference. The end result exceeded our expectation and all of my guests were greatly impressed!

Isabell and Sharen are such dedicated, detail-​oriented, and well-​organized wedding planners. It has been so much fun to work with them and they really listen to «what you want for your wedding». To start with the planning, Isabell sat down with me and carefully listened to our expectations and budget for the wedding. She took notes during the talk and asked lots of good questions to get a better understanding of what our dream wedding is like.
We had a small budget and short engagement to begin with and the fact that it was out of town (Seattle) added difficulty to the planning. My husband and I didn’t even have a chance to tour the venue before we picked it. Isabell offered to visit the venue herself during an unrelated business trip so that we can figure out the floor plan, decoration and etc. She and Sharen went out of the way and used their personal time to visit the venue and discuss with the venue manager to gather all the information needed. The pictures and detailed information they brought back and walked me through was incredibly helpful for us work out the final floor plan, wedding theme and decoration.
Isabell demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the process and I was impressed with her multi-​tasking capability and thoughtfulness. Hardly did I know that an 8-​hour wedding involves planning for so many moving parts and attention to so many small/​easy-​to-​forget details. To be honest, I was quite overwhelmed in the beginning. So Isabell worked out a schedule detailing the tasks to be completed at certain points. By dividing the work into smaller goals, it made the preparation more feasible to achieve and priorities were taken care of in a timely manner. Isabell and I met regularly (at least once a month) to go over the progress and discuss any questions/​issues. And if I slack off, Isabell would always remind me to keep up. :P
As we got closer to the big day, Isabell drafted the master timeline for our day and the final checklist. She reached out to all the vendors and bridal party herself to communicate the time to arrive and/​or deliver on the day. Isabell also made it possible to do a last-​minute rehearsal just the day before our wedding despite the difficulty of coordinating everyone’s schedule (given that most bridal party flew in just the day before). That was such a must in hind sight!
Isabell and Sharen were such diligent and dedicated professionals that they took care of all the set-​up, decorations and coordination on the day so that me and my husband could sit back and enjoy our wedding. They arrived early at the venue and by the time we got there, everything was ready to go. It was after the wedding did I know that they had to resolve several emergencies on the day. I feel so grateful that they handled them quietly and kept us away from the stress on the big day. I can’t say enough thanks to them.
Last but not least, it was such a pleasure to work with these two fun, smart, young ladies who are dedicated to bring happiness to each couple they work with. Other than the wedding-​planning, Sharen took beautiful engagement photos for us and Isabell helped with the bridal make-​up. What a well-​rounded, talented wedding planning team! These two girls have such good senses of the latest wedding trends and provide candid suggestions/​recommendations. Looking back, I am so glad that I adopted some of the suggestions they provided, which I was not 100% sure at the time.
