Great customer service! My rear camera was not focusing and it was quickly fixed. Eric did a great job. I was running late while shopping and I had no phone to contact the store but luckily I caught him before he left! The store was already closed and I really needed it because I’m going on vacation. He accommodated me by re-​opening. I felt so bad but he provided exceptional service! Thank you Eric!

Took my Samsung S5 that fell flat on its screen and was done. Eric replaced the screen in a timely matter. They also have the best prices compared to other mobile phone repair shops in the area. I would reccomend this place if you need to get your smart phones fixed!

Eric does a terrific job at fixing your phone and it’s really affordable! After researching different prices around San Jose, I came across this business and I was set. It was the cheapest and the Unilocal offer only made it better. He also finished within 40 minutes and fixed my LCD as well. Definitely recommending this place to my friends for its efficiency and price.

Brought in my Iphone 5s to get it’s touch screen repaired. It had one big crack down the screen and another small one on the side panel. The replacement was really quick, but I wasn’t expecting the price to be so high. Not complaining too much since the service was good and they obviously know what they’re doing here.

Came in on a Monday evening with a cracked iPhone 5s screen. The guy was able to help me fix my iPhone within 40 mins. I was pretty surprised that he would be able to fix my screen so fast! Because before when I had gotten to get my screen fixed somewhere else it took a whole day! I would highly recommend coming here for your iPhones needs! And on the plus side you can do some shopping while you wait for your phone to be fixed! (:

So I came here after calling a week ago to price check on a small crack on my iPad. Guy said he opens at ten and would be happy to help.
Flash forward to today when he arrives at 11, a full hour after he stated he opened. He opens his shop and begins to small talk about the weather. Dude, I don’t care how hot it is outside… You’re late.
So an hour passes and my iPad is still not ready. I finally get told it’s done and he’s suddenly cash only, even though I see your credit card scanner next to your register.. $ 120 later and I am never coming back to this guy again.
Shady, irresponsible, and a complete waste of time. If he hadn’t fixed my screen, I would have refused to pay
