My home-​based business depends on the relationships with contacts at hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, etc. it is these relationships that I have cultivated over the years that have allowed me to be trustworthy and highly dependable.

Working in call centers for fifteen years teaches you discipline and how to work under pressure. I now prefer to take that experience and work it to my advantage in assisting my clients. I can still make quick decisions and offer answers right away, however now I prefer to enjoy the process of getting to know my clients and their personal tastes, thus creating a custom vacation plan for them.
