This Branch is a Joke I would give it 0 stars if possible this week alone I have come in 3 times and EVERYTIME they CAN NOT help me the tellers have shitting attitudes and even worse customer service Today was the worst service Ive ever had at this branch been with you guys for 11 years and you would rather let me close my account than waive a one time $ 10 fee I have been calling for the last 20mins to speak to the branch manager he seems to be the only one that cares for the customers and no one is picking up the phone. By Monday My FAMILY is closing our ACCOUNTS.

This is the most well managed, customer-​oriented Wells Fargo branch I’ve ever visited. There’s typically a greeter in the lobby who welcomes customers and asks how he/​she can assist. All staff with whom I’ve interacted have been positive and helpful. That applies not only tellers; it extends to staff who open accounts and represent the brokerage arm (Wells Fargo Advisors). These individuals understand that their mission is to serve the needs of customers. Their counterparts in adjacent (unnamed) Wells Fargo branches should visit this branch and take some pointers from staff here. Let me correct that. A PLETHORA of pointers from staff here.

This is the main Wells Fargo location I go to. It’s a long wait with the long lines. The customer service is great and the employees are nice. They greet you when you walk in.

I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for nearly two years now and this Capitol Expressway location is by far my favorite. There’s several banks by each of my two jobs but I always choose to come to this location. The staff is super friendly yet so professional. They always greet you and ask how they can assist you in a very promptly manner. One of the best, if not the best bank teller has to be Irene. She’s always so helpful and honest, and she answers all our questions. She has been helping our family with any bank related issues for several years now. If there was any ideal bank location, this one is hands down the best one. You can tell the workers care about their job and provide the best service to help customers.

Most consistent Wells Fargo! From now on I’m just going to this location even if it’s a bit out of my way. Once I had an issue with a returned check and they took care of it right away and reassured me there would be no fees since I told them in advance what happened. Tellers are pleasant but don’t push the awkward small talk. I like that they I.D. At another location I took 1,000 out and she never asked for ID worries me.

This review is for the ATM. These are the dirtiest ATM I have seen. Looks like they have not been wiped off for years. The touch screen and all the surroundings have dirt and stains pile on them. You feel like you would need to sanitize your finger after using the touch screen. Ask the cleaning team to clean these ATM already. Geezz.

Everytime I go to Wells Fargo I am greeted with a big hello and told to have a good day when I leave. There always seems to be a greeter, they have treats for the kids, it’s clean and the tellers are all very friendly and attentive. I don’t have any complaints about any Wells Fargo so far.

Every time I enter the bank I am treated like I have a million dollars in my account. The tellers are always nice and friendly. Some of us talk about our kids as if we were family. I love it.

A rep, Lizbeth helped me today. She was super nice and friendly. She helped me with what i need and the way she talks sounds professional.

It’s not as nice as the Aborn and White location, employees there actually opens the doors for you when youenter and exit: D haha. But still, they are all polite here instead of pushing customers this way and that for services. I do enjoy the lollipops offered at each teller’s window. I don’t have any hassels when I make deposits for work. I tend to go mid-​afternoon so I don’t have to deal with the lines of morning rush and the bank closing rush. Also… it’s not that clean in here. I don’t know why, but the appearance inside looks worn/​stained.

These days, when I think of Wells Fargo I can only think of horrible customer service. The staff here is all super friendly and approachable on the surface, but try to get some real work done to reveal their true colors. I’ve been a «premium» customer by their definition for the past few years, and I made the mistake of thinking I’d be treated as such when I tried in vain to secure financing for my home. Given the tight timelines that buying a home involves, my tolerance for bullshit was reduced to new lows when I called these guys on three different occasions to get a rate quote:
1. Phone Call 1: A lady picked up the phone and told me that their «in-​house» mortgage expert was out on the road, and that she’ll give me his number. I was put on a never-​ending hold and hung up after 15 mins.
2. Phone Call 2: Called to get the mortgage guy’s number again, was told that he was out on the road, but this time was successful in getting his number.
3. Phone Call 3: Called the mortgage expert but was directed to his voicemail. I left a detailed message explaining what I wanted as well as the urgency on my side… I’m still waiting for his response a month after doing so.
The above experience apart, every time I visit this branch (solely due to business that can’t be taken care of online/​on the phone), I expect to get my stuff done and get out ASAP. But the staff will go on and on making small talk (to me, it just seems very coached and rehearsed) and will try to sell me some stupid financial product even after I express my disinterest. I’ll end up spending a good 40 mins on what should have been a 5 minute transaction.
I’d therefore recommend this branch (and Wells Fargo) to anyone who has an extremely high tolerance for bullshit and plenty of time to waste.
