WBS – Carpet Cleaning & Janitor Service San Jose

A sweet friend of mine called Jesse who said his company is now West Coast Cleaning, and made arrangements for him to come give an estimate at a house we are both working at — he didn’t show up and when called said he wasn’t going to come — no excuse, nothing and when asked if he wanted to reschedule he said no!

I am a repeat customer. Jessie is prompt, professional, and does a great job.
I had tried more expensive services for years and this is just as good. I also like the consistency of having the same person come each time.

Two words to describe WBS /​Jesse — Affordable and great service! We were trying to get our old home rented and needed someone to do a spotless job on the carpet before the Open House that very week. I called several people and many quoted high prices or said that they will not cover the stairs etc — Our rental home is two storied. Jesse responded promptly, gave a great price and showed up exactly at the scheduled time. He did a fantastic job on our carpets and we got the home rented in no time.
Don’t waste time looking at ads for steam cleaning /​carpet cleaning. Just go to Jesse. He is reliable and trustworthy!

Once again, I gave WBS Carpet Cleaning a call and true to form, Jessie responded promptly, showed up on time and performed outstanding work. This is a very hardworking, respectful gentleman. Jessie has removed tremendous stains (syrup spill on carpet that had been tracked for quite sometime) as well as, regular dirt and grime that is on carpeted stairs. Carpets (Ivory) smell fresh and are clean and bright!

Jesse you total legend! Thanks so much for the wonderful job you did on our carpets today. Two small children and a dog, not to mention their often dusty, messy parents took their toll on a brand new carpet and Jesse has made it new again. Every single stain and spot has been removed and I just noticed he even did the outside mat! Completely brilliant, I will definitely be using you again, worth every penny.

Westcoast Building Services did an excellent job on our carpets. We are in a 3-​level townhouse with lots of stairs, plus we have three cats. They were prompt (even a few minutes early!), extremely courteous and very professional. Most importantly, the carpets came out looking great! I would strongly recommend their services to anyone.

I would definitely recommend Jesse and his crew. He currently cleans our office and did a deep cleaning/​carpet cleaning at my house. My floors shined and I didn’t realize my grout was white. My carpets look great. He definitely goes the extra mile!

This carpet cleaner is great! He is fast, and was able to get out stains in the carpet from a kitchen remodel. No matter how clean contractors try to be, there are inevitable stains. Not to mention my three little children who don’t seem to understand «don’t eat on the carpet». He has done carpet cleaning for us several times, is very reasonable, and does a great job.

Great service again. Providing the great service second time in a row proved the consistency and Jesse is the person to take care of all cleaning for everyone.
We moved out on Sat and Jesse cleaned up the place on Sunday. The weather was very cold and it was raining. Jesse brought his two additional crews and completed the job without any problem. Because he cleaned it so well, my walk out from the old place was hassle free.
With Jesse, you don’t need Groupon or any special deals online because his price is already very affordable. He is flexible enough to help us on the weekends. Things get sparkling clean. He makes sure customers satisfied with his work.
I am staying with my previous statements: I will come back for all cleaning services and I will recommend to anyone who needs cleaning.

I don’t know what their actual services are like since we never got that far. This review is for customer service. Quite a turn off to call and just get an unprofessional disinterested «hello». Leaves the customer confused and wondering if I called the right number. Finally when I verified that I called the right company and asked about having some pet stains cleaned from an area rug. I get, «we don’t do area rugs». But your website mentions carpet cleaning and RUG cleaning… With an image of a puppy with clear letters «pet urine treatment $ 29». «No but we don’t do area rugs. Sorry» Then they hung up. How about update your website? Or at least pretend you care that you wasted my time.

OMG. Jesse and crew worked magic. The carpet is gorgeous, hardwood floors are beautiful and kitchen and bath are clean once again. Did the kitchen detail — worth it! They were also available on a Saturday, which was so great for my schedule. Highly recommended!

Jesse is AMAZING!!! He is a hard worker with a great team of people. He has great communication between his clients and goes out of his way to get a job done. When issues arise he makes sure he handles what ever situation. I needed my house and carpets professionally cleaned in order to move out of my condo. I was given Jesse’s name and number. I contacted him and he called right back, a quote was given and we set up an appointment. He called a couple days in advance just to reconfirm since some time had passed. When he arrived he had a team of people ready to work. I left the house so they could clean and came back to find an OUTSTANDING job !!! The Carpets were SOOOOOOooooooooooooooo well done. They had alot of stains and black track marks from where people had normally walked. I was scared that they would not come out. EVERYTHING was out. All the carpet was like NEW! couldnt be happier. I would Highly recommend him and his team to ANYONE!!!

I highly recommended using this company for cleaning your home or office. Jesse was very professional to work with in regards to communication, work ethic and overall attitude. I used Jesse for a move-​out clean and the place has never looked better after they were through.
