VTA Light Rail – Branham Station

I used to haul it to this Light Rail station every day and grab a downtown-​bound train to get to SJSU. This is one of two Light Rail stations in the 95 136, and during the time I frequented it, there was ample security and plenty of parking. (I also loved that my daily fare was covered by tuition!). I’ll never forget crossing over the overpass from the parking lot, seeing my train coming in from Almaden, and running down the stairs and across the platform to leap onboard before it pulled away. Those were some good times. My husband also proposed to me here in the parking lot with security looking on from the platform. (Yep, we met at the 2^nd St. Station and a proposal followed at the Branham Station some 17 months later:)
