Established in 1989.

Videografix has been providing quality video and event services to small, medium and some very large companies around the Silicon Valley since the late eighties. The company started when two enterprising videographers realized there was a real need among local businesses for affordable and competent video services. With their years of experience in the industry, Steve & Bill figured out that that need could be met by the confluence of the personal computer, and a rapidly developing supply of ‘pro-​sumer’ video gear.

In the mid-​nineties, we were among the first adopters of the DV digital video format for cameras, offering a level of video quality that was formally unattainable at that price level. It also ushered in the first true digital PC based editing systems.

We’ve come a long way since then, and currently offer state of the art video cameras, lighting packages and audio capabilities to our clients.

Steve Y.

Business Owner

Steve has been actively involved in the video business since the mid-​eighties, working on both the technical side (designing digital studio equipment), and on the production side (working as crew on productions for some very well known Silicon Valley companies).

Driven by the constant desire to learn, and to be more deeply involved in all aspects of video production, Steve started his own production company in 1989, and now has twenty-​five years of broad video industry experience.
