We’ve worked with Peter & Veronika several times and they’ve been excellent every time. They walked us through the scary process of buying our first home and eased all of our fears. We loved working with them so much that, when we outgrew that home, we didn’t consider working with anyone else. We’ve since sold that home and moved on to our second home with their help.

Buying your first home is terrifying. I am so grateful my friends introduced me to the realtor team that helped them buy their 1^st & 2^nd home. When I found out they used Veronika & Peter Suess to purchase both their homes and I thought, wow, they must have really made an impression! And that they did!
To me, before we bought our home, I didn’t think there was a big deal in what realtor we used. After meeting Veronika & Peter for the first time, I now know that having the PERFECT realtor can make or break it for you. They were professional, warm and inviting at our first meeting. We met on a Thursday evening and they were able to schedule us 6 homes to look at for Saturday morning! They were so personable and helpful with each home visit. They even took my husband and I out to lunch afterwards! After finding our dream home that day, they walked us through EVERY STEP of buying this home (and there are many). We purchased our home at the end of June and I have still called to ask silly questions. Not only have they become our friends, we truly feel that they have become our family!

I reached out to Peter and Veronika because I saw my co worker had the pleasure of working with them. I was so nervous about the whole experience and was concerned that I would be pressured or have a negative experience. We met with Peter and Veronika and then were connected to Brad who advised us on our loan information. We improved our credit and we qualified for a loan! On the day that we looked at houses, Peter and Veronika picked us up all 4 of us in their car. They provided snacks, drinks, and set up a movie for our littlest to watch. They made sure we were comfortable. They showed us 6 houses and we enjoyed lunch together. Out of the 6 we selected one! The next day we started the paperwork! The house closed in the beginning of May. Peter and Veronika have been there through the whole process, responding to text messages and phone calls and e mails. I was impressed at how prompt they were to responding to us! They helped us find a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom gem in Hollister. Both were insightful and observant of our needs. They are both true to their words, they follow through with what they say and they truly create lifetime relationships. We highly recommend them to anyone! We will definitely use them again if we need too!

Peter and Veronika were referred to us by our lender. We are blessed and lucky they were. They made buying our first home stress free and easy. We can’t say enough good things about them. We have had a long relationship with Peter & Veronika. We used them to help us purchase our first home back in 2008, and then in 2013 they helped us sell that home and purchase a new home down in Morgan Hill.
Between those two times, we kept in regular contact and they were a very helpful resource when we had house projects. We did a few remodel projects, and I would call Peter/​Veronika to get their input on the resale implications of what we wanted to do. We knew all along we’d only be in that house for 5 – 6 years, so this advice was great.
They also met with us multiple times in the 2 years leading up to the sale of our home to give us an idea of the market and realities of trying to sell the home. That eventually led to us listing the house in the summer of 2013 and beginning a search for a new home in Morgan Hill.
There were multiple issues and complexities with the house sale (mostly due to solar lease transfer) and subsequent purchase, and Peter/​Veronika handled it great. We were on a strict timeline with holidays in the middle, interest rate locks about to expire, and timing the sale with the new purchase just right. They were a great go-​between with the title company, buyer’s agent, seller’s agent (for new house purchase), and mortgage broker.
Highly recommend them and their expertise as either a buyers or sellers agent.

We wish we could give Peter and Veronika more than 5 stars! My wife and I were looking to purchase our first house and we were lucky enough to be introduced to Veronika at one of our friends house warming parties who Peter and Veronika represented. Veronika presented a no pressure but a very willing type of personality and my wife and instantly felt comfortable with talking to Veronika. Soon after, we visited with them at their offer and we really got a good sense of professionalism and knowledge of the industry and local market. During the time we were looking, the market was at its craziest and we were seeing 20+ offer and lots of all cash offers that we just couldn’t compete with. Even though we saw many house and put in a handful of offers, Peter and Veronika always had a way to make us feel less discouraged and always wanted to discuss game plans to get out the right place. Once we found our dream house we asked Peter to put yet another offer in for us. That next day, we found out our offer was accepted and all the hard work with Peter and Veronika had paid off. The next 30 days while in escrow, I had tons of questions and Peter and Veronika were always available to answer them. If it wasn’t for Peter and Veronika, my wife and I may have given up on finding our first home. Even after we closed on escrow, Peter and Veronika continue to stay in touch with us to check in and see how we are doing with our new house. Without a doubt, we highly recommend the services of Peter and Veronika if you are planning on buying a house or selling a house and time in the near future, give them a call and I’m sure you’ll see what we saw.

Peter and Veronika Seuss were recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for realtors to help me sell my parents’ home. I had been dreading the process, first because it was my parents’ home for over 60 years and my childhood home, and second because of the amount of work I thought would be involved. However, it ended up being one of the easier tasks in settling my parent’s estate, entirely due to their professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and sensitivity. From the time I made the call to them to the day of closing, things couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They are an amazing team. Veronika did a wonderful job managing the work to get the house ready to show and developed beautiful marketing materials. Peter handled the financials, evaluated the offers and contracts, and gave me a clear timeline for what would happen and when. Throughout the process, they were extremely responsive and concerned that I was OK with everything that was being done. Also, they are VERY nice people. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Jim selected Peter & Veronika to take care of all of his clients so I knew they must be pretty good. Well I was wrong because they were outstanding! If you’re looking for professional realtors who will go above and beyond look no further. They work well together and their skills compliment each other. We priced my home accurately for the current condition Peter handled all the inspections, the locksmith, he was even attentive to all my questions. Peter and Veronika are absolutely fantastic. This husband and wife team are simply fantastic!!! If you are buying or selling real estate they are the one’s to use. In lessons of life, we are so accustomed to the common truth that «we get what you pay for.» However, in a few circumstance in life, we stumble upon a unique, once in a lifetime gift that keeps on giving. I rarely used the word, «exceptional» to acknowledge anyone until I met with Peter and Veronika. Their overall approach, representation, and persona embody far beyond what is usual in magnitude or degree.
It started with our first meeting, which was unexpected and distinctively memorable. Peter and Veronika immediately exhibited positive characteristics: very unpretentious, sincere, and respectful.
Next, we wanted to try their service without any tie in obligatory contract. Well, they really won our heart. Peter and Veronika tirelessly searched, toured, and analyzed numerous houses in our search for our first home. They were always friendly, patient, and accommodating. They qualified each house with precision according to our composite search criteria that include school, size, area, interior/​exterior preference, price estimate, and so many more. It took only a short round for them to knowledgeably condense the house selections based on our likings. They are well informed and up to date on the property area and purchasing process until we finally found our ideal house. If there was anything that I remembered during all these ordeals was that — no pretentious BS; not fuss, no muss; no complaint; just proof in the pudding.
The second thing that really impressed me was their capacity to negotiate and present our offer with calm and elegance. Our ideal house had multiple offers and there was a strong opposition that might hinder our chance. With so much composure, they overcame the difficult resistance with an eventual success. We got our home! They were on top of things, especially during closing and escrow. Peter provided us a timeline and patiently explained the steps involved. Peter kept us informed of how things were progressing during the entire process. When we had questions, he responded quickly and thoroughly with an email or a phone call, sometimes answering the same question more than once. In conclusion, we will be coming back to Peter and Veronika and would recommend them to others for all our future Realtor needs. From start to finish — they care about our needs sincerely throughout the whole process.

Even with the market the way it is we lucked out and the first person who toured the home put in an offer. It seems like it would have been smooth sailing from there, but we had a lot of complications with our bank, the builder, the buyer’s lender, the HOA and more. Veronika and Peter made it so easy for us through every step and were always 100% on top of things.
When it finally came time for closing we couldn’t make it to the title company and they even arranged for a notary to come to our office after work.
