I didn’t even have a chance to receive service because there was only one associate working the store when we arrived. We received no greeting or any indication she knew of our arrival. We waited for 20 to 30 minutes while she helped another customer. I can only assume there was some kind of problem with them because she spent a lot of time standing at the counter not conversing with them or me. I understand if you’re alone or dealing with a time consuming issue, but you need to communicate that to your customers instead of ignoring them completely. I finally left, tired of standing around feeling like an idiot, it’s so awkward when associates have no customer service skills.

What a terrible customer service. Not sure what was the name of a chubby salesman but he was racist & treated me with total disrespect. I’m sure he makes minimum working on that Job but he treated me as if I was stupid! My son was with me so I was bit embarrassed & walked Away without a upgrade. I’m so glad I got my upgrade from Los Gatos verizon store.
