I have been repairing and building PCs, Servers, and securing networks For over 15 years now. I got my first degree in 1994 when I went to Heald. I moved to Berkeley in 1997 and got a Bachelors Degree from San Francisco State University in 1999. In 2005 I decided to move back to my hometown, San Jose California.

At the age of 37, and with a strong passion to help people with their computer repair, I decided to change that negative association with computer service outlets. With a business plan in my head, I decided to return to Heald Institute of Technology in 2005 (a second time) to refresh my knowledge and get ready to start a business that made me feel good.

For as long as I remember, people complained about bad services and high prices at the big retail outlets. I made it my mission to change that and now I am so glad I did. My customers are always # 1.
