Turingan Designs is what all service related businesses should strive to achieve. Their commitment to customer is something I hear and see a lot of companies proclaiming but Chad, the owner, really means it. These guys made a fantastic site for me, here it is:
. What he didn’t know he learned and what he did know he did really well. I know I challenged him with my requests but he came through with flying colors and made me feel like a valued customer the entire way. When I suggested something that he knew was a bad idea, he spoke up. I like that.
Now here’s the kicker. After he finished the site I took it upon myself to switch servers without having Chad and his company handle it. Not one of my finest moments. It basically totaled the site. It didn’t resemble the amazing site it did just before the transfer and my heart sank. I screwed something up. Chad rushed to my aid by researching what went wrong and fixing it in just a matter of a couple days. He never made me feel bad about my mistake and promised he would stick with me the entire time and get it back the way it was. I am so impressed and Chad has my loyalty from here on out. Even though you don’t know me TRUST ME, you want this guy doing your site, bottom line. He actually cares about his customers.

I have to say that I absolutely love Chad! Hes amazing not only is he awesome at his job (
) but hes funny charming and all around awesome to work with– Iam soooo picky when it comes to my business and take things very seriously and he was so patient. The one thing that truly stood out to me is that not only did he design my site but he wants to see me succeed– always reminding me to blog and even forwarding my clients emails from the site to me incase im unable to log in– thank you chad!!!
