Active Hot Stone Massage (AHSM), has been developed by me over the last 15 years. It includes many styles of massage, including (but not limited to) Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Trigger Point and several strokes of my own design.

I use the Hot Stones (they will not burn you) differently than a standard Hot Stone Massage. I use them to ‘pre heat’ the muscle so it will become very relaxed. Allowing me to work at a much deeper level, without all the insane pressure that will cause you to be in pain during the massage and several days after.

My massage is not painful, however, you may have parts of your body that might be sore. The massage should help to eliminate that pain over the next day or two.

An AHSM is relaxing, therapeutic and invigorating all at once.

Not only will massage increase your circulation, boost your immune system, reduce the amount of stress hormones in your body, reduce or eliminate muscle pain due to stress and trauma. AHSM feels absolutely amazing!

History

Established in 2005.

I have been a massage therapist since 1994. Since then I have personally done close to 5000 massages.

I started Massage Technology in March of 2005.

I moved into a new office in January 2011.

I do massage because I love it. This is not so much work for me, as it is almost a meditation.
