To An Ngoc MD

I had been going here for a year or so even with appointment I still have to waits 30plus minutes. Today, I came in without appointment wanting to see my doctor and the receptionist (My) straight up turned me away. I told her I am in pain I had to take a day off work to see the doctor. She told me I had to make appointment first with a cold respond like your pain is not my problem. Had I know my pain ahead of time I would rather NOT seek this receptionist (My).Better yet stay away from this doctor’s office!

Set an appointment at 3:30 to get travel shots. When you set an appointment you expect to get in on time, 5 minutes early or late. Instead, i waited an hour in the waiting room then when i finally got in, i waited another hour. One of the nurses was very rude as well and rarely spoke english.

Shoutout to Dr, An Ngoc for taking care of my health since I was born. I still currently go here and I’ve been coming to him for almost 22 years.

I’ve been coming here as a kid and absolutely love Doctor An Senior. He is so nice and friendly. Lately I get his son and I feel as if he is minimal in his help and doesn’t really try to connect with the patients. With that said, I also noticed how rude the receptionist is. My dad came to pick up his medicine sheet and she told him to wait roughly an hour? Even with appointment? Odd. As well, her attitude towards customers is very rude. We are changing doctors because of this and the minimal Doctor Jr.
5 stars to Doctor Senior.

I’ve been taking my son here for a little over a year. Although this practice is not a pediatric, its staff, the doctors (the father and his son) are knowledgeable about infants and toddlers. What is reassuring is that I see a lot of folks bringing in their kids and the genuine concern about my monster’s health and well-​being from both doctors and the folks working at the front desk.
When I am in a bind, they squeeze me in, and a few weeks ago when I had to leave work to bring him in, they called me in as soon as I signed him in. All personnel seem to empathize my situation — being a single parents is tough. I work full-​time, I workout, I am about to volunteer at the hospice, I’m gearing up for school, and I have kids to take care of. Granted the stress and lack of sleep goes hand-​in-​hand when you have kids but believe me, sometimes I am about ready to throw in the towel. Yet still. I have a lot of ambition and I’m determined to lead a fun life regardless of what’s happening in the background (i.e. go out to eat per my bookmarks, cook, bake, read, watch documentaries, etc.).
Parking in downtown is not free. If you park in front of the office, be prepared to feed the meter however, there is a parking lot next to the structure that patients can park… it’s free! The wait can be extremely long regardless if you have an appointment or not. I normally pick the earliest available so that I can avoid the wait. If you make an appointment for the weekdays, you can pick either doctors. The son barely speaks Vietnamese however, the father is the exact opposite. If you have appointments on a Saturday, you will get the father. Thankfully my parents were strict on my sister and I as we were growing up. We were grounded each time we spoke in English. All the menu reading, hanging out at the Vietnamese coffee shops (yes, shamefully I was part of that crowd), endless Chinese/​Vietnamese movies (Anh Hung Xa Dieu, Nghia Bat Dung Tinh, Thien Dia Hao Tinh), and listening to Vietnamese music has shaped my Vietnamese-​speaking and Vietnamese-​reading and writing skills. I’m fluent.
A clean and welcoming environment… I highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Dr. An To since I was 7 so that’s 17 years of good health that made me and my family trust him. I came to his office from everything from regular health check ups to cosmetic needs (not surgery or anything like that). He has always kept me in tip top shape! I do not see Dr. An To present in the office as often now. I see Dr. Ricky To who is also very helpful and he explains things to me clearly or maybe because I graduated in health sciences… but either way without any informative background, you can understand what he is talking about. My entire family has been coming here for years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming here since I was a child, and I love my doctor (Doctor To senior) I recently came in for a check up. The 2 stars are for whoever the nurse was. she was very rude. my mom had set up an appointment for what was supposed to be for a check up. Instead she put it down that I was sick. when I explained this to the nurse she disrespectfully asked me how much money I had as if it was any of her business. I am 24 years old with a full time well paid job. I barely make the time to get any check ups or anything at all with such a busy life. I asked how much it would be to get a check up, and she would keep asking me about my money. I kept insisting to know how much it would cost for a check up, she wouldn’t answer me instead she just sent me back to the front desk neglecting to answer me.(I had about $ 400 on me) instead i just walked out. I never want to go back again. its a shame because I loved my doctor. 2 stars for the nurse. 5 for my Dr.

Dr. Ricky To is great. He’s knowledgable and tender. Staff is nice. Good family doctor.
