Why haven’t I came here sooner? Awesome store downtown Willow Glen with beautiful Crystals and gifts. I went in to get a gift for my husband and actually had a hard time looking because there was a nice selection to choose from.
Beautiful crystals and jewelry here! I’ve come back numerous times and never leave empty handed.

The main reason I drop into the Connection store is their essential oil display. They have the best prices I’ve been able to find on essential oils. I do wish they carried Tulip brand redwood scents but that fact they’re less expensive than Whole Foods leads me to drop in when I’m in the area to purchase some Eucalyptus or Stress Relief oils.
The service is good, if not overly friendly but personally beyond the oils there’s nothing they carry that interests me. It’s a smaller store that hasn’t branched out like Mystic Dream in Walnut Creek has, and much of their products are niche market items.
However if you’re looking for essential oils this is definitely your place.

Everytime I come into the store all the ladies are most helpful. They are thorough when aswering questions and they take their time too. Real great customer service and sense of trying to help those who seek it. I come pretty often to this little gem store because the ladies provide such great insight to my needs at the time. This is my spot, definitely feel connected!:-) this is definitely the place to go to for help with spiritual health and growth.

I asked the woman working here on a Sunday «do you know what makes this stone do that?» Half of it was perfect without any streaks or flaws one half looked natural and she goes «oh that’s just the stone», in the most «I don’t fucking know?!!“tone of voice. Uh, ok? I know it’s a stone but WHY. I was so put off by her energy. I also picked up another stone that was $ 77.00, it was rainbow hue colored… It looked way too uniform to be natural. I scratched it with my nail and it left scratch marks. I am not a true stone master but this reeked of fake. I am super wary of this place and would shop online at Etsy for reputable sellers and REAL stones not fake and spray painted.

Nothing but positive experiences at Universal Connection. Happy with all my purchases and the service from the available-​but-​not-​pushy staff.
I’m not inclined to hold onto my money with a death grip, so the exchange policy is not a huge concern. Moreover, I haven’t had cause to exchange anything I’ve purchased at the shop.

It’s a small little store filled with delightful things! Not a ton of selection because of limited space but adorable and well rounded nonetheless. Besoms/​brooms, bags, candles, sage, oils, incense, home décor… or symbols and whatnot… Very clean, as others have mentioned.
The prices on crystals were higher than other places we have been to within an hours drive… at least that’s what my partner told me. He’s the one who can’t resist buying crystals most of the time, so for him to say he thought the prices were ridiculous is very surprising. I’m literally sitting in front of our large collection of them, all of which I thought he spent too much on haha. (I think they’re beautiful but don’t feel the need for them in my practice… he works with crystal vibrations and water divination almost exclusively.) Other items I personally saw were priced very reasonably!
I believe the owner was working the register and she was beautiful and kind to my young child and family members that came in with me. No hounding us or ignoring us. No negativity there.
I didn’t get good vibes from viewing the services offered, though. As someone who practices divination through different methods (mostly for myself but sometimes for others and for profit) I’m always interested to see if there’s anything I’d be interested in experiencing from another person’s perspective. Nothing struck me as genuine, but to be perfectly clear I did not have any services performed. Maybe their services just wouldn’t have been an enlightening experience for ME. Nothing is 100%!
Three stars because although it’s cute, I only bought some incense since I was there. I don’t know if I’d return. Maybe in a pinch if I suddenly ran out of something extra basic like sage since I live down the road…
I think this is a great store for willow Glenn tourists or those new to non Judeo Christian spirituality and new age or wiccan stuff. If you like Buddhist décor their oms are lovely. I’m not really a new age kind of girl and I’m definitely not a tourist when it comes to my spirituality and practice, so it’s just not for me. It’s work checking out if you haven’t been!

As soon as I walked in I loved this place. Clean, organized and a fantastic atmosphere. Loved the music and the aromatherapy. The lady working was unbelievably friendly, she didn’t try to over sell or constantly ask if we needed help. I ended up hand picking all of my stones for $ 10! That is a great deal, IMO. They have all sorts tarot cards and the bags/​holders. Essential oils, even blended ones. A huge collection of stones and jewelry. I know I will be going back, for sure.

This is a really nice little place. I admit I didn’t come here for a reading, so I don’t have that experience, but the ladies who work here seem very thoughtful. There are a lot of great gift ideas here; excellent choices for weddings, anniversaries and other special occasions. lots of different crystals and pendants. There are polished rocks with inscriptions and larger ones, too. I got my parents a larger one that said «namaste» on it, and the price was right. I even got a free gift bag to put it in. This is a great place to get the person who already has everything.

This store is great and has everything you need for your spiritual journey. Tracee the owner is very knowledgeable and kind. For anyone that writes a negative review it’s because they don’t come in with an open mind and are not willing to change in their old ways. You have to understand that in order to heal yourself you have to allow it first. Someone can’t help you if you don’t allow yourself to be helped.
Anyways, they have lots of Buddha items, malas, chakra things, crystals, books, candles, meditation things, and even their own spiritual coaches. Definitely a fun place to visit and you will feel the positive energy in the store.

Get a reading from Lani.
She does higher self readings and gives excellent guidance.
She really helped me when I was homeless and provided positive messages from my Higher Self.

We went to go see Kate Miller for Mediumsip and it was very generic. She didn’t speak of anything special or unique to prove that she was actually speaking with the person we were there to communicate with. The reading was for 30 minutes and Kate spent about 20 minutes with her eyes closed and her hands moving around like crazy (as of she was trying to connect with the other side). Such a waste of time and money, very sad that people can play with peoples lives and emotions for $$. The reading was totally off, don’t waste your time… go elsewhere! This got 1 star because I had to put a star!

I don’t give many bad reviews and even less one stars. However, after a friend, Paige A., recommended Universal Connection and then immediately posted her experience on Facebook I made my own call before going to inquire about policies on exchanges. I was shocked by the sales clerk and her attitude. I was told in a very snide tone that «exchanges were not typical». So that means they CAN be done — as in 3 minutes after spending $ 100, as Paige A. did. She then placed me on hold for 4 minutes and when she returned she asked (with a heavy sigh) «do you have any other questions? ! With such great reviews but such a terrible experience from both of us I’ll take her advice, again, and spend my money some where else. Unilocal!Certainly is not the only forum for repeating bad experiences and BAD customer service gets around quickly.

Just received terrible customer service at this store this after noon. Was almost over charged for a necklace, then after I purchased it realized the stone I also just purchased didn’t fit the chain. Tried to return 3 minutes later and the lady that sold me said items very shadily said we USUALLY only do exchanges. I said no problem. On my way out I asked the other lady how long do I have to exchange? She replied «well…» I immediately said, «its alright, there are other stores…» I can drop my $ 100.00 somewhere else. No problem ladies

Kate Miller performed my first reading yesterday and it was very informative. I have been subconsciously preparing for this for some time now, however I just have not taken the time to listen to the quiet voice calling to me to uncover more about my inner self and my path.
During my reading, there were 2 particular comments which Kate made, spoken to her from Higher Self I believe. The comments were entirely unsolicited and took me by complete surprise regarding myself and my current relationship… SO, because of this :) I have a second meeting with her at the end of the month to dive deeper.
If you feel that you are being led down the path to enlightenment, I highly recommend you not ignore the signs and seek out Kate. She is in store EVERY Friday!

I was very ecstatic when they opened. The only other store like them is «Moonfyre (in Campbell).» The shop is very welcoming and spacious. The staff are great and always nice and knowledgeable. There is a lot of variety in their products. I love the fact that they have drumming circles. I’ll have to update my review once I try their reading services. Great location in the heart of down town Willow Glen.

My favorite store that I like to go when I need a little something to get me back on tract. Whether it’s crystals I need and talk to Tracee. Been getting my readings with Lani for over 1.5 years and love her. She is always spot on to what’s going on with my life. This past weekend, we just had our aura and chakra reading and Mojgan was great. She is very gentle and sincere. The store has strong good energy. It takes me awhile to breath normal when I get there. It’s a lot of energy for me, but love it.
I’m a bit surprised to hear people say Tracee has been rude or unfriendly. I have never gotten that from her, but she can be direct, which is good. You want someone to be direct, especially when you keep going in for the same thing and you aren’t making any changes within. We can only change ourselves and take a leap of faith, so can’t expect miracles to happen, unless you manifest them and do your part. My 2 cents…

This store is basically a small piece of heaven in the middle of Lincoln Avenue, which would probably make the owner, Tracee, a Goddess, and all of the other lovely people who work there Angels (:
My first amazing experience at this shop was about 2 weeks ago when I decided on a whim to check out one of the group Crystal Bowl Healing sessions with Kimberly (one of the angels :). It was AWESOME. She is there every 2^nd and 4^th Saturday from 2 – 3 pm (the calendar is on the Universal Connection website) and she brings her bowls for whoever shows up & you sit or lay, get comfortable, & she plays beautiful music with her healing bowls. It’s like being wrapped in a blanket of healing sound waves! It’s incredible, and I recommend it for everyone!
My next amazing experience was just earlier this evening when I took my doggies (my babies) for a reading with the Goddess herself, Tracee (: I had noticed on the website that under services offered it said «animal communications.» Having taken my babies to a medium before, I was instantly interested and emailed my inquiries right away, receiving almost an immediate response! Tracee scheduled the appointment quickly & gave me all the information I would need. When I arrived, first of all I was 10 minutes late due to an accident on the freeway and stressing about being late. Tracee came out to the sidewalk to meet me and my hyper hounds– 2 big pit bulls with their tails just waggin away and pulling me in every which direction! She got down on their level and even my anxious female, wary of all strangers, sat there while Tracee pet her. I knew right then that it was going to be a great reading :) She told me to take a breath, to calm down so the doggies could calm down too. I walked them down the street for a couple of minutes to let them relax. Then we made our way– carefully!- to the back of the store and into the big private room where I let my doggies off the leash & they went to town sniffing around at everything!
Anyway Tracee and I sat on the floor while they checked everything out & she asked me if there was anything in particular I would like to know from my babies, & I told her anything related to their diet I would love to know. She answered all of my questions, and so so so much more. She can communicate with animals as though they were a human sitting right next to her– I almost died of jealousy («She told me so many things, things so unique from each of them. It’s the experience of a life time, nothing compares to actually getting to hear from your babies from the animals/​people you love more than anything. To anyone with an animal– take them to see Tracee! You will NOT regret it! And the price, you can’t beat it she has a great rate and charges you only for the time you are there, for example if you were only there for 40 minutes you do not get charged the full hourly rate, only for 40 minutes worth! I just can’t express how amazing the experience was and how grateful I am! I am scheduling another reading for myself, as well as one for a friend’s doggie, and I’m telling EVERYONE! Go, go go! (: Oh, or don’t go– she will come to you! Got a doggie who hates riding in the car? So does Tracee, she understands and that is exactly why she makes house calls! Just can’t say enough good things.

This store is nice because it has so many beautiful crystals. Pricing is decent as well. They sell artificial incense and I was left wishing they sold the less manufactured stuff since I don’t want to be inhaling chemicals etc.
they offer readings everyday from 1 – 4 which is really convenient. The energy in the store is not bad. The people who work here allow you to browse with out bothering you and are helpful in answering questions, but a little odd at check out when I asked for a bag because I had a bunch of items, it seemed like the lady was thrown off as though I’m suppose to carry 12 little items out by hand?
The energy shifted a little at this point and I’m not 100% sure the intentions are sincerely coming from a loving place.
Over all nice to have this type of store around.

This place is a mixed bag. 3 stars ONLY IF you do NOT engage the Owner. The store is a cute OCD-​clean gem shop. Cool stones with useful printed descriptions.
— Some stones have «made in China» sticker on them. Some are peeled off. Maybe they are mined in China? But why are some stickers for identical merch been peeled off.
— Closes at 5.
— Watch your receipt — I was mischarged three times on one receipt. The clerk doesn’t seem to recognize the stones.
I went in the next day bringing the stones I purchased to hopefully have the mistakes corrected. Before I could bring it up, the owner demonstrated a disgusting lapse of kindness, just the basic decency necessary for any person claiming to offer spiritual guidance, or even just manage a store. It is more challenging to enjoy the store with this kind of negativity.
In a brief conversation, I asked about a healing modality offered at the store. Ms. Traci Rothschild, the owner could not answer basic questions, how long is a session, please? She seemed painfully awkward and refused to deliver the most basic of info. After being rude & resistant to my questions, I lost interest and stepped back. She lashed out, launching verbally personal attacks towards me. Others were in the store and she behaved belligerently. She lectured me, repeating several times, that she had my entire life figured out. Um, great! It was comical, but only because I never talked to this stranger before. She knows nada thing about me. I’m sure it would hurt if you just opened up your private self to her. Trace Rothschild was just taking stabs in the dark, saying anything critical she thought might apply to me.
First she attacked me from one angle, criticized my lack of commitment.
Then when the first insult didn’t stick, she moved on other insults, saying I’m wasting my time dedicated to the spiritual path. Which was totally opposite what she just said. Ms. Rothschild attempting to justify her cruelty saying she «is only trying to help!» and then she confided specific gruesome details from her personal story of abuse. Trainwreck!
Experiencing horrific tragedies does not justify her belligerence towards customers. Ms. Rothschild said repeatedly she «has been there» and «knows everything you are going through.»
No Honey, you haven’t a clue. Give it a rest.
Moments later, I witnessed her emotional cruelty projected onto yet another customer, a sweet and impressionable young person who came in to make a quick purchase and ask a question.
To any person who has interacted with Ms. Rothschild, please realize this lady has recently failed as a personal trainer. She failed to motivate people to exercise. With regards to spirituality, I’m sure she has had her own journey, but she needs to learn to treat herself and others with respect, and others with deference to their own experience.
Honor yourself and your own personal wisdom. Your inquisitive nature should be cherished and respected, at every turn. Know that a immature women in a gem store is in her own crazy world of abuse. It is not you. The owner did not seem to have good intentions and it’s possible her abuse is a marketing technique, to make you feel bad so you purchase more. The store would be more accurately called Universally Disconnected.
