The Terminators

We just bought our house and it needed to be treated for termites before moving in all the furniture. Even though we decided not to go with Terminators for our fumigation, I still wanted to write this review for their excellent service. Will came out to inspect our house and he called me right away to give me honest feedback on the services we needed. He also provided a detailed and accurate inspection report the day after he inspected our property. I appreciated that because I got a quote from another company that tried to scare me into getting more done than what was needed. Ultimately, we decided to go with another company because they were able to do the service for less. But the Terminators definitely deserve recognition!

When we recently purchased a home in Campbell. The Terminators came highly recommended to us. The owner, Will, was very professional and helpful. He not only went above and beyond to ensure that the treatment was properly applied, his team also repaired wood rot on the exterior windows, doors, and framing and did a great job repainting all of the areas. His efforts were instrumental in satisfying the inspection requirements for our VA loan. Without his expertise, we would not have closed in 30 days. Thanks Will!

I’m a real estate broker with a client that contracted The Terminators to do a pre-​sale inspection. Basically The Terminators inspector (Will McCoy) found very little problems with the home. He did find some termite pellets, but determined that they were old and that there was not active infestation.
When the home was sold the buyers chose to have there own termite inspection. The other termite company found all kinds of supposed problems and recommended over $ 2,000 worth of repairs. They basically profitted by finding these problems as they get paid for dong the repairs.
Since there were these opposing reports I met with Will at the property. He reinspected the property (at no charge) and went over every detail, which took a substantial amount of time. He went over every detail and explained that any inspector can find problems, it’s how they interpret the problems and what treatments or repairs are requiared, if any. If Will had wanted to just make money he could have done what the other inspector did and use these findings to pad the repair bill, but he did not.
The reason for me writing this review is to let people know just how professional and honest The Terminators are and how professional Will Mccoy is. I’ve been exposed to a lot of real estate related service providers and most do not rise to the level of prosessionalism that Will does.

I used Terminators to inspect and ultimately tent our house. Their owner came out and was so helpful. He even gave us home advice on other things, drawing upon is vast experience. They were quick, honest, reliable. I would use them again.

One of my clients requested that I schedule The Terminators for their termite inspection. The clients are buying a bank owned home and need to have the inspections done very quickly. They didn’t have any appointments available in our time frame, so the young lady at the Terminators called one of their appointments and got them to change their appointment time in order to meet my clients needs.
That kind of dedication to customer service is rare in this world.

I hired this company (owner’s name is Will) to do a termiate inspection on a house I just bought. Will did the inspection and gave me a copy of the report. Since I could not understand which part of the house the report was referring to that needs fumigation and there were no pictures (other termite report usually comes with photos), I called him 1 week later and trying to asked him. Will said he had the report in front of him, but did not know which part of the house his report was referring to that needs fumigation. He said that he ccould do another inspection for me for another $ 150. He said he did not remember my house since it has been 1 week since he did the inspection.
He said seems to be a very small area that has termite, so I asked him why he is recommending to fumigate the entire house then. He said just to make sure. I think he is trying to make money by suggesting works that does not need to be done.
