Jannah and her team delivered beyond! Our office is located in Los Angeles, and we hosted a booth during a work conference in San Jose. We wanted to add something sweet to our booth. So we came up with serving logo cupcakes and cake pops. After a quick Unilocal search I found Sweet Box Bakery and read their reviews and went with them. I made the order a week before our event — Jannah worked with me on making sure the cupcakes and logo was exactly how I envisioned it, she sent me pictures of color and sprinkle options for both the cake pops and cupcakes. All I did was pay and told them to deliver it to the Convention Center and my booth # at 8am. And sure enough when I got to my booth at that exact time a very nice gentlemen was loading them onto our table at our booth! Thank you so much — the team is professional and the cupcakes and cake pops were DELICIOUS, perfect balance of moist and sweet — and they look exactly how we wanted them !! There wasn’t any left overs and we ordered a lot ! I highly recommend them — very professional, affordable, punctual, responsive, and delicious!

The Sweetbox Bakery has come through for all our special occasions! Not only did we use them for our office open house party but also our engagement party and everything came out just beautiful and very delicious! I ordered Nutella cookie cups and 2 different kinds of cupcakes for my son’s Aqeeqa party (350 people). Jannah was very professional, she handled all the set-​up for the dessert display. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! She was very sanitary when she handled the food items (wore proper gloves). All the guests raved about the flavors and the bite-​sized treats were perfect! I have enjoyed the Sweetbox Bakery goodies for years now and I’ve never been disappointed. My favorites are the cookies and the pistachio mousse cups. The owner seems to be very friendly and accommodates last minute orders.

We have used The Sweet Box Bakery twice. Once for a my sons birthday and another time for a baby shower. Both times the cupcakes were delicious and received plenty of compliments. The bakery was kind enough to deliver them the first time and the second time we picked them up. Will be ordering from them for many more occasions to come.

The Sweetbox Bakery is amazing! I was living in Singapore and wanted to send a birthday gift my best friend. She’s a huge fan of Nutella and I asked Sweetbox Bakery if they could put together a gift basket with all sorts of nutella filled baked goods.
