We worked with a couple agents before meeting Chris Simone. We were looking for almost 6 months, every week looking at homes, and kept getting outbid. We felt hopeless in a market where $ 100-​$ 200k or more above asking is the norm. So you really need an agent that’s on your side and that will inspire confidence, and work hard to get you into a home before it goes on the market or right when it does. Chris was never hesitant to answer all the crazy questions I had, at all hours. When we wanted to see something right away, he made it happen.
He made one of the most important and largest purchase of our lives come to reality. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the home he found for us to grow our family in. It was an off market home Chris found for us in an excellent school district & we didn’t have to bid with other buyers!
I was skeptical at first, exclusively working with him, but this was the best decision ever. He is dedicated and will work hard to get you a home. Not like other agents who send you to open houses. He will find a way to get you in a home and has lots of strategies to find you one, including mailers on your behalf. We were able to get this home without all the crazy bidding thanks to Chris. He also helped us get set up with a general contractor to have some remodeling done before moving in.

I spent four months trying to buy a home with multiple other agents and was beat out on offers on seven different houses. In today’s highly competitive market you need a fast, aggressive, and knowledgeable agent. After just a few days of working with Chris he got me into contract on a house that had been put on the market just the day before. I was travelling for business during two weeks of the escrow time and Chris was extremely helpful in working with me to make sure everything went smoothly and the deal went off without a hitch.

My first transaction with Chris was buying an investment property a couple years ago. He always made time when I found a property I was interested in to go look at with me. When I did find the place I wanted we got it and as of today its value has increased over 50% of what I paid for it.

Outstanding realtors and people! We moved from Cupertino to Danville and used the Simone Team as both our buying and selling realtors.
They were very cheerful and professional and sold our house in about 2 weeks.. They also didn’t hesitate to drive all the way out to Danville which is over an hour from their office to show us at least two dozen houses on numerous different days.
They helped us understand the contracts and made the property inspection process easy. They had all the contacts we needed to make the transactions go very smoothly.

We were first time home buyers and Chris patiently showed us dozens of homes over the course of many weeks until we found the perfect one. He held our hand through the offer and lending process and answered every question along the way. He never pressured us and stayed objective through the whole process.
