Established in 2013.
Silicon Valley can often be a challenging area to find temporary housing for guests attending conventions or arriving for a temporary work assignment. This is why we started The Cottage On University Avenue.
The Cottage is a fully furnished and serviced residence available for guests to the San Jose area. It is located on the most desired street in San Jose, University Avenue, in the Rose Garden area.
The Cottage provides our guests with a chance to escape traditional stuffy and overcrowded hotels. Located within a grove of redwoods with a fully stocked kitchen, private yard, and comfortable work and sleeping quarters, our aim is to help keep our guests comfortable and ready to tackle their day ahead.
The Cottage is located on the same lot as our private residence, but affords our guests complete privacy with its own private entrance.

We make ourselves available to meet our guests, answer any questions they may have, and take great care in making sure that our guests enjoy a great experience while staying with us.
