This place is great for ceramic and pottery learners. If you already know the art, the place provides you with a calm and quite atmosphere to concentrate over your work. But for first timers like me, the instructor David is a very good teacher; patient and encouraging and very good with technique.
Also the other staff, specially a lady named Ling is very friendly, welcomes you with a smile, takes interest in your work. I had to reschedule my class due to some other engagement, but I was answered over phone call and given another time for class quickly and without any issue.
The instructor is present there three days in a week, and you can chose your frequency of lessons. Initially I took once a week but then had to complete the sessions soon as I was moving my house, so I went twice a week. They are accommodating that way.
Also there were many kids along with me taking lessons. Some along with their mothers. Apparently the teacher David is good with kids.
On the whole it is a Great place for pottery and ceramic art from a very experienced teacher. I give 5star rating to this place. Wonder why no one till now has. Probably because it is kids majorly coming there. I recommend the place to interested adults. Try it people!

My daughter had her birthday party here and they have the worst costumer service ever. The party was ok. The teacher was going too fast explaining the process of shaping the clay. They were a bunch of 8 year olds and it would have been better if she explained it step by step. Let them do step one and then move on to the next step. Instead, they explained it all to the kids at once and expected them to know how to do it. When I booked the party, they said the finished pieces will be ready for pick up one week after the party, It took three weeks before I could pick up the finished product.. They said they were going to call me but they never did. When I picked it up, one of the pieces were broken and another was chipped. It’s because they tried to fit all 20 pieces in one box and a few were stacked on top of each other. The lady that helped me was busy chit chatting with her friends so when I asked her why it’s broken, all she said was she doesn’t know and maybe I could try to fix it with something. I asked her with what and she said she didn’t know. Then she told me I had to wrap the pieces up with newspaper myself and went back to talking to her friends.. After I wrapped them, there was no room in the box for me to put all the pieces since wrapping them in newspaper made them bulky. Since the box was too small, I asked her if I could get another box, she said no. She cannot give me another box. I told her the pieces on top will fall out once I start walking. She was more concerned about entertaining her friends. I spent $ 350 and they could not even give me an extra box. Not only that, one piece was broken and another was chipped. To top it off, she couldn’t even help me wrap the pieces in newspaper. This place has bad costumer service. Go somewhere else.
