We had not used Carpet Butler since ownership changed a few years ago. We did try another company last fall but even though the service was good, the carpet didn’t seem to get as clean using eco friendly cleaners or maybe it was the process itself. We called Carpet Butler. I thought the estimate was fair but others may think it too high. One person did the job. She arrived within the time range. She took the time to explain the processShe scrubbed two areas that were very soiled because of foot traffic. We were very pleased with the results. The area rugs and carpeting look and feel cleaner. We definitely would use Carpet Butler again.

I had my carpets cleaned during a workday this past week. Kay and Lynn were very professional, courteous, and trustworthy. They had an estimate ready for me within ten minutes of arriving based on the square footage that I had cleaned. Overall a great experience.

Kay and Lynn did a terrific job on our carpets and a sectional sofa. The sectional sofa was a mess and my wife and I had our doubts that it would ever look good again. In short — Kay and Lynn did an exceptional job getting it looking like new again and they did so at a fair price. What stood out for me, is the job took more time then they thought it would. Instead of stopping, they kept at it until the job was done and did not charge me more than their estimate. Kay and Lynn also did a fantastic job on our carpets. We will certainly continue to use them.

Company is being run by two sisters who are doing an excellent job. As good or better than Paul, the previous guy. They are in and out in a lot less time. If your looking for budget cleaning, go to Stanley’s. If you want the job done right, get the Carpet Butler.

Lynn and Kay were very professional when they came to service my home/​office. They were punctual, efficient and very organized in the way they attacked my stains (pet and wax).
I have waited 5 weeks to post this review waiting for the stains to reappear as with other cleaners, but guess what? They did not. It is a wonderful feeling knowing a job was done right the first time.
I have referred to my clients and they too have had great reports. Keep up the good work Lynn and kay.

We have used the Carpet Butler on two different occasions. They do a great job and are very professional. We were extremely satisfied with the job they did in our home. They took care of all the tough cleaning area and gave us some cleaners and explained how to use them. They also do stone sealing and cleaning.

I can agree with other reviewers that the Carpet Butler is a great company. I used Royal Carpet Care prior to Bob and Paul taking over and have been extremely satisfied with their service. On time, reasonable pricing, quick, careful with your property and nice guys to boot! Paul just finished our bedrooms and hallways and I’ll be calling them back to do a large kitchen/​bar/​entryway for deep tile cleaning and sealing!

I have used The Carpet Butler many times in my home and at my business. I can honestly say they are the best and most professional business I ever used!
The owner of the company Bob Kong is very meticulous and proud of what he offers his customers and it shows in the way he does his business.
They are very professional, clean and most of all they care about what and how I wish my carpet cleaning to be address.
They got spots and dirt out that I thought was not possible and all I can say is WOW and I’m thankful for the service I received from them.

I highly recommend the Carpet Butler. My Realtor recommended them and I am very pleased with their quality of service. I had them clean 3 area rugs and my sofa. These area rugs were heavily soiled thanks to my dogs. The service guy that came — Paul — arrived on time, and was courteous and professional. He put covers over his shoes before he came into the house and dressed professionally. Not only did he do an excellent job on cleaning my carpets, he took the time to explain how to properly clean up doggie messes, and explained how to properly clean my travertine floors. They also use corner guards to protect the wall and baseboards from the house.
