History

Established in 2011.

Founding Member Rob VanSteen established the LLC to serve customers as referrals form title companies that are limited in their ability to provide specific legal document preparation to former clients needing to add or remove people from title or transfer title of property into or out of a trust. We can also provide estate planning preparation in the form of Advanced Health Care Directives, General Power of Attorney, wills and trusts. The names are family history from Belgian decent. Teuninck was the founder’s maternal grand fathers name, the last male in the line. DeBishoppe is the founder’s paternal grandmother’s madden name.
