History
Established in 1969.
TAPS Termite was established by a husband and wife team, John & Shirley Clark. John had many years of experience as a termite inspector and enough money to buy a small truck to perform inspections. Shirley typed the reports in the «office» which was located at the end of the kitchen in their home. In those days, the reports were 7 page carbon snap-outs typed on a manual typewriter.
As time passed, the need for additional employees became evident. Tim Denner, one of the current owners, was hired. They also brought another office member onboard to facilitate the expansion.
In 1998, the company continued under new ownership of two long-time employees, Tim Denner & Leticia Munoz. Although a lot has changed over the years with modern technology, one thing remains the same. The values that John & Shirley instilled in their employees about honesty, customer service and standing behind their work is still alive and well at TAPS Termite.

Business Owner
Tim began decades ago as a crew technician with TAPS and quickly became an termite inspector. After a few decades of hard work, he along with another long-time employee, Leticia Munoz, became owners of the company. When Tim is not inspecting, he’s spending time with his valued family, friends and clients, he enjoys Harley motorcycles and Sunday church. Leticia enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren and her dogs.
