Oh my gosh. I went in to see if they had any granite remnants since I only need granite for a bathroom vanity. The guy said that they don’t sell granite — excuse me? Then he said that the boss was not there and that he would be the one to give permission for him to show the granite pieces, but since they had so much work to do they did not want to sell any more. This was strange to say the least and a waste of time to go there — at least for me.

We have been struggling to find a good granite fabricator and were referred by our cabinet maker contractor to Marty at Take it for granite. His guys were great, friendly and responsive. They did a great job for us and very quickly. After our call they came out the next day and gave us a quote on teh phone. Since they have remnant pieces in their shop we were able to find an exact match that we needed and these guys meausred and cut the piece that day and fabricated it in a matter of days which met our schedule. The counter top came out great and their pricing was better than the big marble sellers. I would use them again if the need arises.

We had a great experience using TIF.
Marty was very accommodating to our needs.
They have a great selection of granite. Some very unique and beautiful pieces.
Their pricing was competitive and their workmanship /installation very good.
You could barely see a seam and only if you were looking for it.
Highly recommend and will use again in the future

We finally paid them a visit even though their web page does not work on an Apple machine (flash issues). The people who work here go out of their way to help. Lots of remnants to select from and some pretty cool stuff. We have been to well over 10 granite places including a ton of those «prefab» places. None were as nice and accommodating as Take it For Granite. The price is competitive also.
We found a good fit and have made the purchase. I will update this review in a month or so once the field work is completed. So far, so good. Happy, Happy, Happy
