I started going here 2 years ago because it was conveniently located to my work but have continued to go because they do a great job with my dry cleaning and alterations. They have good prices and the lady is always is very friendly to me. For those leaving bad reviews for customer service, if you treat someone with kindness (or are rude to them), they might just treat you the same way back. Try smiling and not treating someone like the help.
I recently brought in a thick black coat which needed major work, a regular lint roller was just not cutting it. When I picked it up she told me she spent an hour getting all the little lint pieces off my coat, which is just amazing. The coat looks better than when I bought it! I thought this review was the least I could do. The alterations I’ve gotten there have all been quite simple, hemming the bottoms of dresses, pants, etc. but I have zero complaints!

The customer service here is beyond bad. I asked whether there was another order as I forgot once to pick up. She barked at me «ticket» and got very defensive. No reason to get so negative when there are cheerful places to go. Never going back !

Good price for dry cleaning. $ 2 for shirts. They have always been friendly. Would recommend if you live in the area.

Prices are good– some of the lowest around. Service is efficient– friendly once they get to know you. Clothes always done on time with no problems.

Do NOT take your repairs here especially if you’re in a time crunch! They didn’t give me my receipt, charged $ 10 for what is a $ 5 thread repair, took 5 days to do a very simple job and didn’t even have it complete when I went to pick it up! I went here over my usual tailor because of the proximity and I really regret it…

I came here to get a suit dry cleaned for my boyfriend but they said the turn around time was too long. Went to the dry cleaner A BLOCK DOWN ON THE SAME STREET, and she said that although she couldnt dry clean it within my short time frame she offered to press it for me. She was very helpful in comparison to t and t.

Run away if you need a quality alteration. Find another shop.
So, if your going to get a suit, you should make sure it fits well and that includes the shirt you wear with it. I’m a short guy, so every pair of pants I wear need to be altered. I decided that since I just bought a nice suit, I should have the shirt I wear with it tailored so I didn’t look like a little kid in an adult suit, remember the movie «Big»? Just because your short doesn’t mean you have to look like a ragamuffin.
So I bring in 4 pairs of pants and one expensive dress shirt to be altered. The shirt needed the sleeves shortened and they said it would be more expensive than normal since the split on the arms had to be reworked and moved up the sleeves otherwise the split would be 2 inches long with no middle button. That would look horrible, so I payed for the more expensive option ($ 30).
I came a day after they said they would have them done and they were not done. I had to wait 45 mins for them to find them and bring them to the store from wherever they were actually altered.
They pants were alright, the thread they used didn’t match very well, but I’m not OCD so it’s fine. However the shirt was a problem. For my job interview the next day, I wore the shirt with sleeves that were still too long and the thread color was too noticeably different. So. I took the shirt back and explained the issues with the shirt and they gladly said they would fix it for free. Great! No rush I told them.
I picked up the shirt. The sleeves were the right length. bravo! But they cut the sleeves and did not move the split. So now I have a shirt with half the button hole showing above the cuff, a 2″ split above the cuff, and crooked stitching that does not match the rest of the shirt.
So much for paying the extra for a good job, I got the hack job and now my expensive shirt is ruined. I nicely explained the situation and they said «Sorry». No refund, no offer to try to correct anything, no nothing for ruining my expensive dress shirt.
I’m out $ 180 for the whole fiasco. Time to get another shirt and find another tailor. Oh well, lesson learned, never going back.

I spend about $ 30-​$ 40 bucks a month here for the last 9 months. I get me and my husband’s work clothes, coats, and dresses cleaned. Why did I come here? Because it was on the way to my office. So far I’ve had to get 1 price adjustment (mis-​priced man’s shirt for woman’s blouse) and two re-​dos (they didn’t get the stains out with me pointing them out). Today I just picked up 3 pants that needed hemming. Two are cotton work out pants (though I could have brought my online purchase back to Athletica and they would have hemmed for free) and one pair of slacks. The seamstress used a clear/​shiny thread instead of blk like the original and now you can see white/​shiny/​clear thread at the bottom of my slacks. Why not just copy the other leg and use blk?! The pants are navy! Use Navy! Use something dark!
Most of the time they’re ok. Basic stuff… clean shirts, clean pants, no big deal. Anything else… give really clear instructions and check your stuff before you leave. I never check my stuff before I leave… I don’t know why.

I love this place. The seamstress here knows what she is doing and does exactly what is asked! I’m particularly petite and tends to have everything taken in in specific ways, this seamstress has not failed at any request that was necessary for the job. The price is decent, and if you are friendly she usually hook it up with a discount ;)

Really? It’s zipper, a snap, a button. I’m done. I’ve been using this cleaner since mid-​2010. I think the owners have changed or she is away again on one of her 3 month sabbaticals which always results in no alterations and the place generally falling apart. Plus, they lost a $ 100 shirt and offered like $ 5 to replace it (the cost of the cleaning). Luckily the shirt showed up… sigh. Too bad, so close to home):

I recently said on a Unilocal Talk thread that if you want your clothes to look good, find a tailor! A well tailored outfit can make you look like a million bucks without spending that much.
I am short and I don’t know how to sew, so a tailor is a necessity in my life. The lady here is helpful and the pricing is pretty competitive. She gets things done quickly and is very helpful with her suggestions.
Also, this location is very convenient for me. So yeah, five stars for making my clothes look awesome.

Great service and good prices are two things you can’t beat at a dry cleaners. This is also one of the main places I get my alterations done as well. Everything from simple hems to complex dress changes are done quickly and correctly.

The worst place ever. I was visiting San Jose, and I was recommended to this place through my friends, who I was staying with. This was the second closest cleaners to their apartment, and they said that they never had any trouble with this place in the past. What they, and I failed to realize was that their ownership had changed. They ruined my shirt, wouldn’t let me have it back, and made me pick it up two days later. And when they finally gave me back my shirt, they tried to charge me for it. The worst cleaners ever!!!

Been going to this place and I like the people there. They take care of you with reasonable prices. If you bring more in for them to clean they will give you a good deal. Quick turn around time if needed. I went to another one up the street and they can’t compare to T&T. Now my boss is taking his stuff there to clean too! Alterations are also good, I took some dresses in and you can’t even tell I had it altered.

Twas’ a hot summer day when my raging hard on busted outta my pants to the point it ended up busting out my zipper (ok not really, just checking to see if you were paying attention). Being that these were my fave work pants I knew I had to get them repaired and pronto. A quick search on Unilocal and a few calls later this place turned out to be the cheapest.
I got a kick when I called and the lady replied,
«12 dolla for you zippa pant «
Worked for me, so on I drove to the place. I was in and out. The lady told me they would be ready the next day after 5pm. Sure enough I came by and they were ready. They even pressed my pants!

Been to T&T frequently for my dry cleaning and shirts. I gotta say that the service is great and prices very reasonable! I have been to several cleaners in the area and T&T has been the best so far.
I took some pants one time which had a small whole, & got them back the next day. The best part is they didn’t even charge me? I would recommend them to others.

I took my Halloween costume in for alterations and they did a good job. I was happy with the fit. It was done quickly and for a reasonable price given that I took the dress in a few days before Halloween.

If you think that all dry cleaners are the same, you have to try this one. Perfect starch, the white is actually white when you get it back, and… the best of all — the lady of the house and her alteration skills. She is a genius! I recently asked her to literally re-​tailor my Armani coat, and she did a miracle. Very talented young lady with a designer eye and golden hands.
