We’ve been going to Swift for years. Though we may not be a frequent customer, they know us by our names every time they see us. Family operated business, and they are super friendly, listen to our needs and always did a great job in tailoring.

Swift Cleaners does a great job. The quality of the dry cleaning and laundering services are excellent, exceptional, and they run a very smooth and efficient operation. As a recent example of what sets them apart, I dropped off a relatively large load of clothing on a Wednesday late afternoon and asked if they could have it ready for me by Saturday. The order included clothes my wife needed for an upcoming business trip, for which she was leaving on Sunday. The counter person(I believe she and her husband own the business) said«no problem, but please remember we close at 3:00 pm on Saturdays». Thanks for the reminder! I made note, but noticed Saturday at 3:15 pm that the pick-up had slipped my mind! I called Swift hoping that there might still be some chance, and the owner answered and said«no problem, we’re closed, but we’re still here so you can come by and pick up your clothes»! Wow, you don’t get that kind of service and flexibility much any more these days… Thanks Swift Cleaners, you do a great job, and you go the extra mile to keep your customer’s happy. Swift Cleaners is Willow Glen’s 5-star Dry Cleaner and we highly recommend them!

Great place! The owner remembers my name all the time which is very rare nowadays. Nice family owned business. Classical music always playing in the background :)

Super nice family owned small business. Mo and me’s go to for all our can’t-wash-ourselves needs. They even successfully cleaned an imported Korean blanket that my grandfather brought back from his travels. I was initially hesitant to even let anyone handle it but after some research Mo and me agreed it would be safe here and is easy to clean with the right machine. Besides the Korean Blanket I also brought in 10 men’s shirts, 7 pairs of men’s pants, and 1 dress(Who is doing the heavy lifting here eh? Lol –_-) Count us in until we doomed forever renters generation move again! =O

Just moved into the area and I’m so happy to have found a new dry cleaner. They are super friendly, always smiling, prices are reasonable, turn around is great, and do good quality work. Will definitely be taking all our dry cleaning here! She even remembered my name when I came by to pick up my trousers after coming by for the first time last week!

I just had a bad experience here. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very poor attitude and a lack of desire to provide a decent service. While I was there to drop some clothes off I realized that few buttons in two of my dress shirts were loose, so I asked her what would happen if the buttons fall off in the laundry machine. And her answer was: «That’s not my problem, that’s a manufacturing problem». Really? You can’t get any lower than that. Shame on you! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had in a dry cleaner.

This place is great. I took in one of my husbands suits, a dress shirt and three of my dresses — one of which needed a new hem — on a Tuesday and told the woman that I needed the dresses by Friday. She immediately said no problem and said she’d have it all done by early Friday. I was so pleased with the customer service. Not only did they meet my requests but they did it with a smile. Highly recommended.

Disclosure, I dont dry clean as much, but when i do, i take people’s recommendations seriously. I needed two suits dry cleaned, fyi it cost $ 12 for jacket and pants, which is rather reasonable. They ask when you need, so it was nice of them to ask, instead of just saying pick it up in three days. The people were extremely nice and when i picked up my suit, they looked at the order, found my suits and i paid and I was out the door. The suits were cleaned and no chemical smell. Nice family owned business.

Probably should have done a Unilocal review for Swift a long time ago(I forget when businesses are doing a good job) so… This is the best dry cleaner/alteration/repair place! Fast, friendly, fair-pricing and great quality. If there’s ever and issue with a crease in pressing or a stain that didn’t come out they’ve just re-done the work until it’s right. I know it’s hard to get enthusiastic about dry cleaning but these folks do a really good job and they are a pleasure to do business with.

Been trying to find a decent and honest dry cleaner for years and I believe I may have landed on it by coming here! Super friendly staff and very nice! They do an excellent job with our clothes and that alone is amazing! Highly recommend this dry cleaners! Don’t risk costly clothes to be ruined elsewhere because ITWILL happen!

I really wanted to like this place and was hopeful due to the Unilocal reviews I saw. Unfortunately, I had a HORRIBLE experience. I brought in my favorite blouse which I had worn only once. It had a food stain on it and they were pretty confident they could get it out. When I went to pick it up, he didn’t say anything, but gave me the receipt to pay. After I paid for it, I looked at the blouse and the stain was darker and in worse condition and they had torn a hole in the blouse trying to get the stain out, I asked for my money back, and he told me I would have to furnish the receipt and made the process very difficult on me. Bottom line: poor service, lack of integrity on running a good business and a bad quality dry cleaner. I will NEVER go back again!

I think these people are wonderful. They guided me on what needed to be dry-cleaned and what didn’t. With about 6 – 8 dress shirts, 3 pants, and a jacket, the total was a little under $ 45 — which I thought was excellent. Family-owned business that will be getting more of mine.

Having your best friend work for the SF Giants means that I go to ALOT of games. I tend to get a little drunk and sloppy in my favorite Giants jersey which means that the dry cleaners have their work cut out for them. I have taken my jersey to a number of cleaners over the year but NOONE has been able to get it to look like new. Swift did the impossible! I was so shocked at how clean my jersey came out that I thought it had been switched with another customer’s(newer) one. I had thought about switching to a less expensive dry cleaner but now I can see that I am truly getting what I paid for. Swift will now be my go to cleaners. Keep up the great work guys!

LOVE. LOVE. LOVE this place! They do great cleaning AND alterations. They always have my stuff ready when I need it, and they bend over backwards to help you. Example, I brought in an expensive sweater that has wool in it that I had accidentally thrown into the wash and it had those little pilled up balls of wool all over it. They were able to clean it, and get all the little balls off. Saved me hours of work. Also, the owner’s mother does great alterations. I recently had a last minute bridesmaid dress alteration that she took care of super quick and it was very rea$onable! Plus, they entertained my cranky baby for me while I was changing into and out of the dress. Thanks! Oh yeah, and they remembered my name after only a visit or two… would highly recommend!

I wanted to like this place because of their good reviews, but I couldn’t. The owners are nice, don’t get me wrong, but the service I received here has stopped me from going back. I had 2 slacks and 2 dresses dry cleaned. I came back the during my pickup time to find that they had only finished 2 of my items. why give me a pickup time if my items weren’t going to be ready? So I go home and find that my slacks are still dirty and didn’t even look like they were dry cleaned! I bring it back and express my urgency, so she goes to the back and scrubbs my pants with a brush(not what I expected?) When I get my dresses back a few days later, I notice there’s still a stain on 1 of them. I ask her if it’s supposed to come out, and she takes it back a 2nd time. I come back the 4th time to pick up my dress, stain is gone. All I am left to wonder is why it took 4 trips to the cleaners to clean 4 items… Tear.

Leave it to the Unilocalers to guide you in the right direction, which in my case, led me to Swift Cleaners. Everything everyone said about them was correct… and my clothing came out great so you can definitely trust your expensive clothing to them. The owners were lovely — great conversation, got to know you, wanted to know how they compared with the other dry cleaners you frequented before, and they really took the time to know what fabrics you were handing them so they made sure they took care of appropriately. They even do tailoring… and a HUGE plus for me is that they even patch up jeans with holes(which I tend to have a few of). Awesome! Now I don’t have to drive all the way to the tailors near Valley Fair just to get my jeans patched up AND I get better customer service here. Score!

Extremely friendly owners, with excellent shirt service, along with laundry and dry cleaning for pants.(I imagine all their other services are great as well, but I’ve not needed them yet.) Reasonable prices, and they even know my name when I walk in now, though I’ve been there just 5 – 10 times! Great example of a thriving local business!

I love coming across a neighborhood spot that I instantly adore and want to give my business to on a regular basis after just one visit. Yup, Swift is one of them. I had a gnarly stain on my favorite white sweater that looked like someone threw coffee on me after I said something offensive. I knew it couldn’t be that though, because 1) I don’t drink coffee or go to coffee shops and 2) Regular baseball season hasn’t started yet, so I haven’t had altercations with any Dodger fans. Anyhow, I had always heard good things about Swift, and since I shop at the Fresh & Easy next door on a weekly basis now, it was super convenient for me to drop in. The smiling gentleman(who I think is the owner) behind the counter greeted me and told me that he would do his best to get it removed. I told him that I would come back in 2 days, which worked for them. When I went back to the shop, the owner immediately went to the back to fetch my sweater, without even asking for my name or ticket. Wow, a recognizable customer after one brief visit? Amazing! He came back with my favorite sweater which was restored to its spotless self. I was a super happy camper. I’m bringing all my dry cleaning here from now on, and my alterations as well. Now that baseball season is around the corner, I have a feeling that I might be in there pretty often.

This is my local dry cleaner. I’d award them 10 stars if Unilocal wasn’t so stingy with its rating limit. The couple that owns this place are very sweet and they do meticulous work, as well as adding missing buttons, cleanings stains you didn’t notice, and checking the tags on garments before they’re cleaned. I’ve used their tailoring service and you can’t beat the price or the quality. If Tesco(Fresh ‘n’ Easy) ever gets its act together and actually opens the long-closed supermarket they’re renting, I hope Swift gets more business than they can handle. They deserve it.

Ok so in the life of a big girl there are a hand full of things that you fear more then anything else. 4. Your boyfriend finding out how much you weight 3. Weigh in day in Middle School 2. Being Timed running… actually running in general and #1…Going to get anything«fitted»! After being in close to 6 weddings in 2 years and have ugly ass dresses taken in, and let way out, I vowed never to go back to a tailor EVERAGAIN! Well, then I grew up, got a big girl job and had to finally upgrade my wardrobe. Yes, this means I had to accept that pavement in not a suitable replacement for getting your pants hemmed. So Jessie K. turned me on to this place and I LOVEIT! THe guy was so sweet who had me try on my pants. He could tell I was totally uncomfortable, so he let me know after getting my inseam once I would never have to try pants on again cause I could just tell them my inseam measurement. God bless him! I have taken 3 pairs of pants to them and I will take everything there from here on out, I dont even care that it is totally out of my way on most days.
