If I could go to negative stars I would. I went in easter morning. And there was a employee flipping off a customer yelling and making a scean. So I left. I belive her name was nichole. Nichole is rude and childish. I don’t care what was happening in between them but she should not act like that in front of coustomers. Good customer service there? I think not!!!

Horrible service, lazy and gross employees. Really lady start my sandwich in oven before finishing people in front of me only to leave my sandwich sitting there getting cold after it got pulled out of oven. They argue if you ask them to remake it and are super lazy when it comes to actually making the sandwich. Why do I always have to tell them to cover the bread with the meat. They plop it on and leave a huge section of just bread. Then to make it worse she takes her gloves off to help the people pay and then comes back to me to finish mine with dripping wet hands while putting on her gloves over my sandwich. I sat there and watched water drop onto the sandwich. No thanks just call and stop pay on card and call it day. Will never return.

Best Subway my fiancée and I have ever been to(and we’ve been to many)! Service was awesome, and they were really generous with the ingredients. Lisa made our sandwich, and it was just perfect! And she was also really friendly. She is a true sandwich engineer.

They’re always nice and quick with the preparation of sandwiches. You can’t go wrong with subway, a sandwich is a sandwich, add guacamole and damn I am good, no complaints here. And a couple middle fingers to the guys who robbed this place last year, what the hell are you thinking? Hungry much?

This subways is clean and a little bigger than the one next to Kaiser. The service was prompt and the employees seemed to have a system of taking customers orders. Which was good to me bc it was balanced and not hectic. The subs were nicely made. The only con was that the employees didnt seem so friendly or welcoming. No welcome to subways! other than that this subway is clean and the SUBS were good.

I love this place! It’s the only Subway I’ve been to that can make a nice big sandwich and get all the ingredients neatly inside so they don’t fall into your lap when you try to eat it. The staff are super friendly too. Especially Delia and Juanita! Fresh healthy food and nice people!

Look, I know I’m not exactly going to the French Laundry when I come here, but you figure a massive chain will basically be the same no matter where you go. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. This is the weakest Subway of the handful I frequent. They seriously skimp on the veggies(three bell pepper strips?!) and aren’t particularly with it. This place is always packed, though, and the customers I’ve had the misfortune of standing in line with have, without fail, been some of the rudest people I’ve ever been around. I sort of feel sorry for the staff. I told a kid, «Thank you,» after he handed me my sandwich once and he looked at me like a dog who’s used to being kicked would look at you if you were to pet him. I only stop here if I’m already in the shopping center. Otherwise I hit the one on Bernal/Santa Teresa, closer to my house.

HEADLINE: I can’t believe I’m writing a review of Subway!!! OK, We’ve been coming here every so often on Friday evenings to catch A VERYQUICK dinner, especially during Lent. This place clearly is not run by graduates of the CIA … but … lemme tell ya, they do a great job with their assembling their foot longs. I always order the«double meat(or Tuna)» and then they are so careful to add all the fixings requested … I have had great subs outta this particular location. AND … that’s not always the case with these shops … several I know are downright stingy with everything you ask for … you end up with only the roll. See my review on the River Oaks location, as a prime example … Not this place … Kudos on the toppings generosity!!!

sunday afternoon — what to eat in this complex for my daughter and I: Mc D’s? Taco Bell? Subway? YES, Subway $ 5 for a footlong meatball marinara on honey oats w/provolone cheese and have it all toasted so the cheese is all melted on meatballs and parmesan cheese sprinkled on it. YUMMY and so cheap. plus, a small fountain drink and a bag of chips and tax = $ 7.36. man, I can’t beat that price for lunch for two ppl. it’s more healthy too. this please is clean and lots of parking and away from the craziness of Walmart on the other end of this plaza. Also, there’s more than 2 seats in this subway as usually there’s only about 2 tables w/a couple of chairs and we always have to buy it to-go. we will be back on a lazy wknd for luch.

This is the Subway near my parent’s house. This place has influenced my parents to hate Subway since this location so super cheap with the sandwich toppings. I do not want people to be offended, but let’s just say there is one particular ethnicity of sandwich makers will greet you warmly and pile your sandwich with whatever you ask for. Sure, they always stick to the 3 meat and 2 cheese formula for 6-inch subs, but they never hold back on the olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, or bell peppers. The other ethnicity tends to be very surly, and extremely frugal with the toppings. When I ask for bell peppers, please give more than 2 or 3 small slivers. When I ask for olives, please do not sprinkle a couple olives on my sandwich. I am looking for at least 6 to 10. It’s not rocket science. You can ask for extra, and sometimes they oblige. Other times you have to keep asking. Your sandwich will have 2 olives, and then 4, then maybe 5 or 6. By then you just grow annoyed of asking what other Subways will do for you the first time you request it. As inconsistent as their sandwich makers may be, at least their bread is always fresh. At least you can look forward to fresh bread every single time to go with your lettuce. Management really needs to look into little problem so we get a little more consistency here. I am tired of eating lettuce sandwiches. Until then, the 2-star score remains.

I freaking love Subway. My gf hates it, she prefers Togo’s C’mon 5 $ for a footlong. MMMM Most ppl complain that it has little meat and just veggies. I don’t care, I grew up w/Subway. It’s super cheap food man! Not to mention really healthy.
