Subway

Subway: eat fresh good service, good location, busy.

My job is right next to this place so it tempts me to spend money on it everyday. I’m someone who believes that if you’re going to go out to eat, you should do it very rarely but go all out on price when you do. Subway is the antithesis of this belief.
While its healthier than eating a burger, I think the prices are ridiculous. Although sometimes I will eat here instead of eating what I brought for lunch so I guess that counts for something. The staff is friendly. The tables have been dirty a few times but the floors are pretty clear, haven’t had any other problems.

This Subway is a distance walking for me. It’d be convenience for me, but I DON’T RECOMMEND it!
One day there was a lady using gloves. Se did my sandwich and receive my money using the SAME glove!!! :(Where is the hygiene?
Another day, I went to this Subway with my pet in my arms and for this reason I didn’t want to enter in the restaurant. So, I explained the situation for a lady and asked her if I could pay for my sandwich and go out. She totally ignored me!!! It’d be okay if she said me that I couldn’t do this. But, no, she ignored me!!! And she continues cleaning the food table. Some minutes later, another lady appeared and asked me what I want. I said the same thing and she told me that I should order with the first lady. I tried to talk again with the first lady and she ignored me again and continued cleaning!!! I left the Subway and didn’t buy anything there. Bad bad costumer service!!!

Very friendly here and great service. Very clean too. Best club salad I have had in awhile. Now keep in mind this location the store is small yet cozy. They even have pizza now I have yet to try it, however the photos look very tasty!

I live downtown and this place is in walking distance. When I go into this location, I always have to wait a while for someone to come out and greet me.
Tonight, I went at 9:38pm. The doors were locked and the ladies were inside packing up and putting away the food. They wouldn’t come to the door to explain why they were closing up 80 minutes before the time on the door.
This is typical for this location. They like to close early.

It’s subway so it’s virtually always doable but nothing to amaze or dazzle you. It’s healthier than most fast food places and this one actually has a very friendly staff.

Had to wait awhile for someone to help me. But after they came out from the back the lady was very friendly and helpful! I was very happy with her customer service!

Conveniently located in Downtown San Jose this Subway has great Sandwich Artist who do not Skimp on the Veggies. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean. Highly recommend this Subway Location.

Hey Ken (1^st to review) went there recently and saw they do have spinach!!! I was sad at first to read no spinach and then got excited to see that they had it.
Your average subway but nice, clean, and new. Walking distance (across the street) from the Mariott hotel we were staying at. If you aren’t walking around downtown and are traveling by car, might be best to park along the street.
Was happy to have the door open since most subways are pretty stuffy from all the baking of breads.
Note: like all subways, you’ll end up smelling like their bread when you leave. :D

Yes, I know it’s a Subway but I’m a big Subway fan and this is one of the better ones in my experience. Sandwich engineers are friendly, they are efficient in creating the sandwiches, and properly tessellate the cheese. Only downside of this place is that they don’t have spinach, which I like in my sandwiches.
