Unprofessional subway. They claim there bathroom is down but it really is NOT. They don’t cater to the customers. Employees gotta go. I wonder if the managers are the ones directing how this employees behave. Don’t come here!!!

Let me start off by saying I’m a fairly understanding person and it takes a lot for me to get angry; however, today was just that case. I can’t iterate how terrible the customer service was and how disappointed I am. To start off the lady that serviced me(well in fact she didn’t service) was so disrespectful in so many levels. I mean if you hate your job, okay that’s understandable we all deal with things, BUT at least do your job. I came into the store(let’s keep in mind no other customers were there) and it took her the longest time to greet me. Okay understandable she might have been busy doing something else. Then she looks at me to finally take my order & the entire time she was rude. She murmured & complained when I asked for more of anything. Afterwords, which is the worst part yet, I go get my drink & there are no lids that fit my drink. I then politely ask for one. However, she’s to busy(literally doing nothing) and tells me to open the cabinet down below & get one myself. UNBELIEVABLE. Okay, so I proceed and she sees me struggling after 5 minutes and I tell her there are none. Afterwords after of course rolling her eyes walked her ass over to their stock room and got me one. I do not know in what planet it is okay for me to go through employee cabinets just to get my lid when she was perfectly capable of doing her OWN job. Insane I am the customer not the employee. She should be doing her job. Never coming to this location again and if I could I would give 0 stars

Poor customer service here, I stopped by this subway on Tuesday Novemeber 3, 2015 on National Sandwich day. A good promotion was going on, if you buy a foot long sandwich you can get another foot long free of charge. Unexpectedly we ran into a very long line. But that was understandable since it was national sandwich day. While in line the employee ladies were chatting with a customer in line which was fine. Over hearing their conversation which was unavoidable I came to find out that the lady in line is also an employee who works there and happened to stop by to purchase food as well. The employees were constantly stopping to chat with the lady over the counter causing a longer wait. Finally came time for me to order upon ordering my favorite choice the Buffalo chicken I was told that they had ran out, which was fine since they were and had been busy. Upon changing my order to the chicken bacon and ranch I was told that I only had two options of bread, wheat or plain white. Which was understandable still since the busy national sandwich day. While having to debate what choice I was going to place my sandwiches the employees seemed to be pushy by rolling there eyes a bit and constantly yawning. And continuously asking what choices we were going to go with with an attitude in her voice. Which was still understandable since the line was not going down instead it was increasing. Finally after placing the order and about to pay I attempted to chat with the employee and she stated that she didn’t have any time to chat since their was a long line. Which was not understandable since they had been chatting with the previous lady ahead of me in line. Therefore I came to think that they were totally unprepared for a busy day and had a horrible attitude. Definitely wouldn’t want to stop by this subway again thumbs down for this place.

Rude service. Never was greeted, rudely asked what I wanted and it felt like my sandwich was just thrown together. Employee just doesn’t care and it shows. Never coming back.

By far the worst subway I have ever been to. Employees are rude and get orders wrong. And put barley any meat on the sandwich… she put Two pieces of turkey on my sandwich BS! Never going there again.

holy shit. I received less than half the amount of salad here compared to any other subways I’ve been to. Not only that but my salad was half chopped. I’d rather drive the extra 5 – 10 minutes to another subways

I wish it had a negative star rating because that is exactly what this location deserves. Service was extremely rude, bitchy, and just crappy. But to be honest, that’s most subways. I am surprise their business is expanding so much because they only hire crappy employees who dont give a shit about customer service. Stingy on the meat, attitude is crap, and they fail to comprehend a customers order. I ordered a sandwich today with only OIL dressing and the worker there made a scene saying I said«mayo» when clearly I said oil. She then decided to talk smack with her co-workers. Seriously though, worst service ever. Not my first time experiencing this at this place either. I don’t know why people get angry when customers are rude to the workers like her — she deserves no respect. She doesn’t seem to respect her customers anyways. One advice: don’t bother going here.

Very skimpy on their meat! Only two thin pieces of meat in my whole sandwich? Come on! When I asked them to put a little more meat she said, you want extra meat? How can it be extra when there’s nothing in there in the first place?! I’m gonna stick to the West Capitol Expwy location. They are very generous there!

Subway is having a great special so I stopped by in the morning to get a couple sandwiches. I got the turkey, bacon, avocado. It was good but I wished that they put more meat and more avocado on it. They have a great variety of veggies and the bread is always baked fresh.

I missed Quizno after they left this location. But I’m a bigger fan with Subway and happy to see they moved in here. The service is good here as the people work here always smile. I enjoy have lunch here on the weekend as it’s close by. Yeah, the food is the same as other Subway so I don’t need to review them on it… ;-)

Well, it’s Subway. How much more different can this Subway be from another? They all carry almost the exact replica of food choices and they all make it them the exact same way. But as far as customer service goes, depending on the neighborhood you’re in, you’ll experience good ones and bad ones. At this particular location, I usually receive satisfactory service but nothing spectacular. My last visit one day after a long hard day in the office, I ordered a foot long and a meal. Upon paying for my food, the lady forgot to hand me my cup & reminded me to grab some chips. I mean, there was only one other customer behind me and I felt like it was part of their job or even out of courtesy to remind me not to forget what I had paid for. So I left, paying for something I didn’t even receive… I hope this doesn’t happen too often to other people! My footlong was lonely that dinner evening.

Let me begin by saying how much I love Subways… I LOVEIT! And the fact that it’s so much more closer to my house than ever before makes it so much better. But of course, that subjective measure won’t be accounted for in this review. So first of all, please forgive me because I probably got the opening date wrong and I’m just assuming so please don’t judge based off of that. Continuing on, this restaurant, as many of you«san joseians» who lives around this area know, this place used to be a Quizzno’s which of course closed down shop a while back and has now turned into a Subways! Ain’t that funny? Of course, since this business is fairly new, the interior is extremely clean, albeit, they kept the structural integrity of the previous restaurant so it still has that really annoying pillar in the middle of the restaurant. So that’s going to be in the way once this place gets cracking. Moving on to the food, it’s fully loaded and stocked to the brim and this is the first time they didn’t cheap out on the extras! I mean, I’m used to getting three pickles, four olives and one jalapeño from every other location, so it’s nice that they didn’t hold back on the extras. However, it may be because they ARE brand new, but when going to other locations and I’m the only customer, I still receive the same portion… so HALLELUJAH!!! As opposed to other locations, their ovens actually melt the cheese when they stick it in there and it stays warm after a good 5 minute drive home. Overall, I can’t comment too much on this location and note it’s differences due to it being a franchise and all, but look for this Subways to make a huge impact on the Gould Center. I doubt it’ll take market share from McDonalds just across the parking lot, but I sure do hope to see more people coming to this location! 4 stars for maintaining it’s excellence in taste, service and friendly staff. Minus 1 star because you need a key to use the restroom, which is attached to a female bathroom sign.
