Stevens Creek Scion

Francisco Madrid a.k.a «Cisco» helped us through the process on leasing a scion IM. Was recently in an accident and needed a new car. Stevens creek scion and Cisco helped that process along. Going to dealerships can be stressful but Cisco was definitely helpful and patient with us and all the questions we had for him.

Ozzie the sales guy and anil the sales manager helped me get the exact car I wanted at a great price and took 2 of my old cars as trade as prices higher than I expected. Money aside they were both easy to talk to and never once put pressure on me to buy.

Before you consider any kind of agreement with this dealership, you HAVE to ask for Josh. He stayed with me and my family from start to finish, even though the dealership closed at 9pm, he stayed back an extra 40 minutes after closing to make sure everything was perfect. I’m pretty sure I got the best deal for my 2016 FRS. Hopefully he’ll be here in a few years when I decide on a new car.

I can’t imagine a smoother leasing experience than the one my wife and I had with Stevens Creek Scion. We worked directly with Josh who ensured we left satisfied in the car of our choice. Although our original choice was not readily available, Josh made sure to find us a car that fit our needs. We left in a new, sleek looking car and happily drove around San Francisco in style. Car shopping can typically be stressful and such a hassle with haggling. Because of their no haggling pricing it simplifies the whole experience. It was great to have an easy transition into the financing option as well which is always the ugly part of car shopping. It was seamless. Josh is so down to earth and kept us abreast on what car would be best for us. It’s hard to find honesty in the automotive business because like most of us in the Bay Area, we are hustling to pay that rent. Haha. Josh realizes the importance of relationships in this industry and this is why we will send any potential car buyer directly to him. Thanks for making this too easy and having us drive off smiling.

This happened a few years ago but I believe it’s the right thing to post this for people to see.
The salesman that I dealt with was a older white male with a cowboy hat and most likely cowboy boots. He tried to pull a fast one on me and added a extended warranty without asking me. I wouldn’t have found out if I hadn’t calculated the monthly payments in advance. When he presented me with the numbers, I knew something was not right.
Knowing Scion had a no-​haggle policy, the salesmans will try to add accessories and plans to your bill. Beware.
When I confronted him, he just quickly and simply said «ok, no extended warranty».
This is why people don’t like dealerships, and you can’t blame them.

Picked up a 2016 Scion TC yesterday after going through the confusion of misunderstanding what I was getting myself into. No payments, or financing needed as as I’ve paid out in cash and had help from my aunt to pay for the remainder amount.
Me, as a first car owner knew nothing. I should have not gone with my friend (no offense, if he ever reads this), but I should of gone to my aunt first since she knew more about buying a car and have dealt with good and bad customer service.
I’ve had the pleasure of having Frank Shaikh as my sales rep to answer any questions I’ve had. He knows his stuff about cars, and also makes sure his customers are happy with their purchase. I’ve also had a pleasure meeting Ray Khandan. Frank notified Ray about an issue I had and ask for me to come in the next day to get it resolved. Even though Frank was on his day off, he still came in the next day. Now that’s what you call a dedicated sales employee. Ray, is a very sharp individual, excellent customer satisfaction, provided great detail in re-​explaining the contract and cancellation for the options I did not want. They even tossed in a complimentary $ 100 on any accessory parts within the range. I would recommend anyone purchasing a Toyota, or Scion to speak with Frank.
I will not deduct any stars from this review as I had one minor upset with the finance department. One of the finance managers had the nerve to talk down on me, and asking if I needed a translator when I can speak proper English. It was just the misunderstanding with the contract that I did not clearly understand correctly that made my decision difficult to make.
All in all, I’ve learned my lesson about rushing into something I thought I could afford, but didn’t calculate the other expenses that went with it. Even though all the other options looks great to have, if I had the budget I would gladly get it in a heart beat. I am happy with the car and color I got.

Josh is AMAZING!!! After thinking that I wanted to lease a car thru über and pay a ridiculous monthly payment on top of outrageous insurance costs, Because I have bad credit, Josh convinced me to try and apply for financing to get a brand new 2016 Scion iA. I didn’t think I would be approved even after he told me I was. It took him handing me the key and telling me it was mine for me to finally believe it!!! He was so friendly and helpful and made this so easy. I am now the proud owner of my very first new car!!! #joshisthebest

This rating is for Josh Pourkhorsand… just look for him. He helped me with purchasing a Toyota Corolla for my mom. As usual, Toyota Steven Creek is just being Toyota Creek… same old client service quality. Josh did make a difference.

I came to the Toyota used car lot looking for an affordable used car. I ended up leaving a brand new v2016 Scion is! Frank shaikh was very helpful and paid attention to what I was looking for. Out of all the used cars I looked at, at a few other dealerships I did not see any worth the price. I ended up leaving with a great deal and frank and his boss made sure I left happy and comfortable with the decision I made. Once I had to wait for the detailing and paperwork, Frank bought us lunch and stayed with us having great conversations. I would definitely recommend Stevens Creek scion, they were helpful and care about your specific needs and budgets.

I am a proud owner of a 1993 Honda Prelude and a 1998 Acura SLX, but between the two of them breaking down, I convinced my fiancé to finally take us to a dealership to «look» at cars. He was super irritated because he just kept talking about finances and interest and what not. I ignored his irritability and off we went to Scion Stevens Creek! We knew we wanted in between a Scion, Honda, or Toyota, but my fiancé’s father really wanted us to get a Scion xB for no real reason.
We pull up to the dealership and here comes Cisco to greet us at the door. He asked us what we liked, what our budget was, and was very patient. We told him we didn’t know anything. We were first time real car buyers (since we’ve only purchased through craigslist in the past), and Cisco understood that.
He showed us what we wanted at first — The 2015 Scion xB. We liked it. But we weren’t completely sure about the box. We liked the space inside and how it wasn’t too tall or too short looking out the windows. Cisco told us he wanted us to LOVE the car we buy, so he told us to follow him. Letting me test drive the xB, he brought us too the Toyota Dealership down the street. We parked the car and walked up the the 2015 Camry SE. My fiancé and I thought, «CAMRY?! Was he not listening to us?!» But Cisco told us to trust him, and to take a ride in it. So he insisted that I drove around with him in the passenger and my fiancé in the backseat. My fiancé started looking around. «Wow, it’s really spacious.» Cisco agreed with him. Cisco then asked me, «How’s it feel? Smooth, huh?» I nodded my head. It was a more luxurious car with better technology than the xB, but the same size.
Cisco walked us through the whole thing. He took us back to the Scion lot and ran our credit together. We were qualified for $ 0 down, 0% APR. He mentioned how happy he was for us and sympathized with our situation. He assured us that we would be taken care of.
We ended up deciding to by the car, and he helped us back to the Toyota Dealership to finished up paperwork. He was there, step by step reassuring us, like he was our Uncle or something.
Finally, when it was time to take our new baby home, Cisco was waiting outside next to our freshly detailed car with a HUGE SMILE, congratulating us! He took a photo with us and everything! We couldn’t be happier! We really appreciate the customer service!

This place is great, the customer service was amazing. I been shopping for a new car for 2 months. I was already frusterated, tired and ready to give up. I met with shady dealers or «Sharks» ready to just take my money and not help me. I was also nervous with buying my first car but when I got here, met with Giovanni with open arms. He helped with information and keeping me worry free. And was interested in my well being as a customer. He’s very supportive, gives you step by step process on the sale. Even the pros and cons of going with this dealership and other dealerships. He gave my family and I the Toyota family feeling. I came here for a certified used car (for school) in 2012 and customer service was amazing! Giovanni helped me and made sure I had the car that would be perfect for me and was within my budget. He gave me the Carfax for several cars and answered all the questions I had. He did not rush me which was perfect because of the anxiety I had of being a first time buyer.
I was so pleased with my experience that I recommended Giovanni to my brother. Last week, my brother bought his certified used car within a day – thanks again to Giovanni! He outdid himself again by helping us stay within our budget and found the car my brother wanted. Giovanni made sure that my brother was happy. I am a proud owner of a new 2015 Scion XB. I had my former vehicle for 16 years and it was finally time for me to get a new car. I was looking at a few cars and wanted to take advantage of the 4^th of July sales. I narrowed down my choices to three cars and the Scion XB was one of them. My family and I decided to stop at the Scion first to test drive the XB. Our initial thought was to test drive the cars I was interested in and then make a final decision by the end of the weekend. Well that didn’t happen…
We drove up to the dealership and we were greeted by Giovanni Avenido, the BEST SALESMAN, ever!!! He is a very kind, no pressure, kind of salesman. I told him exactly what I was looking for and the monthly payment I wanted. We test drove one of the XB’s on the lot and I fell in love with it. The special pricing they had were on the cars that were on the lot and I wanted a white XB, which they didn’t have on the lot. Well Giovanni found me a white XB AND I got the deal they were promoting.
Giovanni wasn’t supposed to work that day and was only there to drop off a vehicle. Well Giovanni stayed with me and family through the entire process. I got the car and the price I wanted. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

I went to Stevens Creek Toyota with my family to help me get a realistic perspective on getting my first car. I didn’t know what to expect and certainly didn’t think I would be going home with a new Scion TC. What really stood out was our car Consultant, JoJo, he really wanted to make sure I learned about the process and the options available to me. He really made me feel like I was looked after and never pushed me into anything and really listened to everything I had concerns about. Kudos to Stevens Creek Toyota and Scion for their exceptional staff and JoJo who became my car Consultant and not a «Salesman». Also, my family was so impressed by Jojo and Stevens Creek Toyota, my brother-​in-​law is going to purchase his 4Runner from JoJo and his wife’s car too.

We bought our first car — Scion FRS from this store. Josh Pourkhorsand the sales representative and Anil Francis, the finance guy were extremely helpful.
Josh helped us find the right car. When the one we liked didn’t have the options, they also helped us in getting the back up camera fitted which doesn’t come with the default factory installation for FRS.
We misunderstood bespoke as premier audio system, added this to our car and signed in the contract. Next day after realizing that it’s just navigation, we called them if they could cancel that. Though I never expected such things to happen after signing the contract, these extremely nice and helpful people called us back to redo the entire contract removing bespoke and refunded our money back. Never expected this kind of service from any dealer.
Also, the price matching is amazing. They do not over sell, they give you time to think and just give you the details of the car and help you pick the right one!

I bought my scion frs from here. I went there just to test drive, but I bought the car the same day!
Josh helped us with the test drive, gave every detail about the car, answered all our questions with patience. Being very new to country, they helped me with financing and explained various options. Got a very good deal.
The finance department is awesome. Anil Francis detailed us about their warranty, maintenance program, tire warranty program and gave us time to think and finalize what we need.
The best part of this dealership is no one oversells any car. They instead help you giving every detail you need, gives you time time to think and proposes various options. They don’t push you to buy anything which happens with many dealerships where you eventually end up buying or paying for things in the car which you don’t actually need.
Overall, the best car buying experience and would happily recommend anyone to buy a car from here.
