I tried to get this company to give me a quote for services for my business. I made and appointment and was stood up and then was continues to be stood up 2 more times. I have never been stood up 3 times in one week. What a shame since their competitor is not much better either.
I am concerned since their website says they are a 24⁄7 service but there is only 1 number and 1 guy that answers the phone.
Its also difficult to get a response via email.

after removing a part out of our compresor, the owner did not return even after 3 months of phone calls and promises to return the part. it was a chip that enabled the machine to run and without it could not be evaulauted by another capable facility. the computer chip is small enough to mail and the owner would not mail so we could not use our compresor. unreliable and not trustworth; 2 things crucial to any business being reputable.
