This review is for the amazingly kind and enthusiastic Eric who was so helpful when we weren’t sure what to get! He recommended the mango black tea with lemonade and it has become a new favorite! Especially for a drive-thru service, which tends to be rushed, Eric really took care of us. 5⁄5 would recommend. He’s quite an eye pleasing looker too(;

I am a huge fan if the pound lemon cake. Yummy yummy. Even late in the day there are pastries to choose from which I am grateful for. I like this place and it is easy to grab something quick.

This is my second time visiting this Starbuck, and unlike my first time, the service today is so SLOW. I have no complaint for staffs making drink. The thing makes me surprise this evening is that there is a line of customer waiting to order drinks there, and the CASHIER is trying to continue HER conversation with one guy about 7 – 10 mins as I waited. I don’t know if the manager here really observe how the customer service system flow here or not, but if you come here + on your hurry, this may upset you though!

I drop by this location pretty frequently because of its drive thru. I usually don’t have any issues with my order or in terms of the customer service. Today was the worst. I came at a time where there weren’t even that many cars in the drive thru, but the service was slow. Also the associate who took my order charged me for a grande, but I ordered a tall(which I’m super sad about because I purposely asked for 2 pumps in a tall but instead there were 2 pumps in a grande — tasted like WATER — I had to throw it out). The associate also made the iced chai tea latte that I ordered a hot. Basically my morning was kind of ruined by this to be honest.

Of all the Starbucks I’ve been to in San Jose, this has to be the best one. Drinks are always good and plus they have a drive thru which is convenient. It can get quite busy because it’s located inside a small plaza with limited parking but it’s ok they haven’t messed my drinks up so I’m happy.

Average Starbucks. Some baristas are friendlier than others. I used to work at Starbucks so I appreciate the baristas that actually make an effort to get to know each customer, especially regulars. Sometimes they get my order wrong but I’m not super picky so its not a big deal. For the most part its a good location. I’ve definitely been to worse ones where attitude problems run rampant. Biggest downside are the limited hours. They close pretty early, at least from what I’m used to for a Starbucks, probably since it’s not the best area of town(I know since I live right around the corner :/). Oh well.

Ok let me write my review before reading the others. The baristas don’t treat you like a VIP or even a customer. I’ve ordered drinks here before, and they’re not well-made. I buy a $ 7 juice and it tasted like crushed ice with water. Maybe only once I get a friendly barista. I swear they need better training! Not just on making good drinks but on making one feel like an appreciated customer. I’m not sure if the lady was a manager there, but the way she talked sounded more like she was scolding at me. She was so rude! Not happy at all. Especially when I’m a gold member! Starbucks, mark this store down with Attention Needed.

Although this menu and coffee is like every other Starbucks, the staff here is so friendly and accommodating. I frequent this Starbucks to enjoy some quiet alone time, savory coffee, and catch up on my hobbies(reading/drawing). It is always clean and inviting. The staff also is always very polite and approachable. I commend their customer service immensely!

Spent $ 50+, only to have the girl with red hair thrown a receipt and pen to sign at me and take off… No ine helping after she ran away… Waited for — few minutes before someone finally came to help and I asked her for my receipt for my transaction. The girl who ran away was too busy helping her friend in the lobby with xmas talk to help the rest of her team and the line behind me! Before I left, I asked for a refill on my black tea. I told her it was fine to keep the ice if she could just fill with water and a splash of black tea. Waited 10 min before I finally got the drive thru guys attention because Becky?(girl with line tattoos on arms) was working so slow. He had tea in hand before Becky told him no, tea refill was next… He put it back and she proceeded to take her time on 1 order— 5 minutes later I finally got it. Seriously Q-(store mgr), Ive been to a lot of starbucks and this is still such slow service? Maybe they could train again. Calaveras/Park Victoria Milpitas store could train your people to be fast, friendly and live up to Starbucks branding. Your cashier could have taken the refill out of order, as she did the guys coffee order behind me! Still disappointing service!

Im a gold card member and i always come here because it is conveniently located and has a drive through. I usually order the same thing and my drinks are always perfect. However, the past times i have came my drinks are made incorrectly and i end up throwing them out. Big waste of money. The people at the drive through are rude and not attentive. If this bad service continues i will buy from here no further and take my $ 5 elsewhere. Its a serious issue if someone is lactose and specifically asks for SOY milk. Get it together starbucks its not rocket science.

There was an Asian couple waiting in line behind me. The short, round, Hispanic girl(Starbucks employee) who was taking my order sternly tells them, «hey, the line starts over there, stand over there.» I ordered my drink and a spinach foldover. My drink came quickly, but my spinach foldover took longer than usual. I stood waiting near the ordering line and the same girl asked me «are you ordering?» «No, I’m waiting for my foldover». She points to her right towards the pickup area and condescendingly replies, «that’s the pickup area, it will come in the order it was received!» The Starbucks employee comes off tremendously rude… She apparently was not taught to mind her manners.

It is so sad that the customer services at Starbucks had gone down dramatically. Probably due to the fact that minimum wage has gone up and Starbucks wage isn’t as competitive as before. I came around 2:30pm(very slow) to get a Misto and I was so so disappointed that they would gave me expired coffee. It was so bad that even with 3 packages of sugar couldn’t masked the bitterness and burnt smell. I knew that it was expired because I was a barista myself. Did Starbucks stopped the secret shoppers or something?

This place is like any other Starbucks. — spacious with a communal table — drive-thru — three outlets by seating When I was here, all the outlet tables were being used by people who weren’t even using the outlets, so that irked me since I was studying with a laptop and needed one. Came to this location because the other one on Capitol Expwy was packed. Not sure if I’d come back out of my way for this one. Not necessarily study friendly bc of the outlet situation, but it was mostly quiet. Not a lot of traffic coming through because of the odd location.

Has a drive-thru, which is always nice for a quick stop to SB. I have to say, the taste of my white mocha frap was very much to my likings with the fact that I always get soy and a lot SB can’t seem to get the flavor on point. It wasn’t as frap-e as I would like, but the taste makes up for it.

I really like this Starbucks because of the drive thru! It’s so convenient! It doesn’t get to crowded inside this Starbucks because most people just use the drive thru which makes it a good place to find open tables to sit and study or do work! The only thing I don’t like about this place is that it’s located in this very tiny plaza with little parking! It’s a busy plaza too! But hey we can’t have everything we want right? The baristas are super friendly. They always do a great job at getting your correct order!

It’s Starbucks. There’s a drive thru. Bathroom and sitting area isn’t always super clean but not awful by any means. Outside patio is sort of a homeless /creeper hangout. Only issue with this location is… Employees. Not all, most are pleasant. However on a few occasions I’ve had a couple of baristas behave, inappropriate(?) while talking to me. I’m all for idle chit chat but I don’t need to know you are hung over, hate your job, hate coffee and would never touch the stuff(the stuff I AMORDERING) or what you think of relationships based on the hot mess of one you are in. Especially not when I’m with my other half.

This Starbucks is right on monterey road not the greatest area in san jose so it having a drive thru really is a plus. Of course I got awesome customer service. Bright, cheerful, enthusiastic, smiling drive thu cashier. Just dealing with a happy person really makes my day. I got my usual skinny café mocha ! And only 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. No problem it went by fast. And off I went t have brunch with my cuz. thank Starbucks staff !
