I come here quite often for my morning coffee. I always order ahead of time on their mobile app. My coffee is always ready to go and hot when i arrive. Never have i had to wait more then 3 min to be in and out of the store. The barista’s are always friendly when i come in with a warm morning welcome. I am a happy customer.

My favorite Starbucks to drop by on the way to work. The people who work here are always so friendly and helpful. The Starbucks has an easy to park in parking lot, although I’m always here before 6AM so I don’t know the situation later in the day. Overall, one of the best Starbucks in terms of customer service I’ve been to.

First visit was today. Noticed ample tables but they were very close together. You’ll be elbowing your neighbor. Not enough outlets but the ambiance is nice. My drink was made well. No complaints there. I did notice a good amount of outdoor seating. I liked that. The bathroom was very clean and stocked with supplies. If I’m in the area, I’ll go to this one versus the Mercado or Montague location.

Hate to say it but this is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve came here several times(only because my work is 2 miles away) and the people in the front don’t greet you. You’re pretty much expected to tell them your order without them even asking what you want. I came here yesterday to order a drink for my coworker and I. I ordered a venti green tea frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle inside and a venti very berry hibiscus tea. First I get the very berry hibiscus tea. I look at the drink and I’m like why is it pale pink? I’ve ordered this several times for my coworker and it’s usually a red drink. So I tell the barista guy — I don’t think this is very berry hibiscus. Literally, there was ONE berry in it. If you’re ordering a venti, they better hook it up! So I google it on my phone and show it to the guy. And he goes. that’s not a very berry hibiscus tea, that’s the passion tea one. And I’m over here like. it says. very. berry. hibiscus. tea. And it’s from the starbucks website. It honestly looked like plain water with a few drops of pink food coloring. I was so disappointed that the guy wouldn’t even make the drink the right way. Luckily when I gave it to my co-worker, she said it tastes the same. A little watered down though. Now I get my venti green tea frappuccino. The caramel drizzle is barely visible in my drink. And they charged me extra for it too :(Presentation is key at Starbucks. My whip cream didn’t even look like whip cream. The drizzle on top of the whip cream was like a ‘X” marks the spot. I’ll probably drive an extra 10min elsewhere to get better service.

Just off the Bonaventura VTA light rail. A nice corner spot Starbucks in a small plaza near medium tech companies. The staff was super friendly. The place was clean and the food and drink is starbucks quality. Charging stations are a plenty

This is a standard Starbucks location with the typical menu items. There are lots of outdoor seating, 5 tables inside, and small bar area to sit down. This place does get crowded and there are lots of people who fill up the seats quickly. The parking lots fills up quickly around lunch time so try to come early to beat the lunch crowd. The staff is really nice and is the main reason for why I stop by for a cup of coffee at this location.

My tall soy latte was literally only 75% full. For $ 4.25, that is not worth it. No wonder why my coffee was so light. Although this Starbucks is situated in a great location near big businesses, please consider giving your customers a bang for their buck. Can’t wait till the other Starbucks locations open around here.

If you dont look like a tech worker who make up the majority of the clientele the staff will treat you like crap. I walked in to ask change for 20 $ and was refused and told to buy something. I needed the change because i was in the middle of a craigslist transaction and the other dude had no cash. Now ive been to starbucks almost daily during school year but not at this particular location. And at the moment I didnt want any coffee. Yes I regulate my diet and will not drink coffee just because i was told to buy it. And ive been to numerous other locations and they always have given me change either for a parking meter or whatnot. The staff needs a reality check and start treating everyone equally. Dude you work as a barista and in a service industry so get down to earth.

This Starbucks is okay, it has your standard service and usual drinks. Although I’ve gone here about 4 times in the past week, the staff seem to be in just a routine to crank out the orders — and that’s fine, but I have also been at other Starbucks that go above and beyond with the service.

They remember my name and my favorite drinks every time when I walked in during the morning, afternoon and evening… This shows that they have excellent training in customer services.

It’s very crowded if you come around lunch time when the employees have a little break, parking is bad.

I agree with a previous reviewer regarding this particular Starbucks being busy most of the day. It’s not like that there isn’t other Starbucks nearby. This place was packed moments after I sat down to have my cappuccino. And it pretty much stayed that way. Don’t know why. Aren’t folks supposed to grab their coffee and go to work? Nope, not all. There were a good dozen people sitting there in pairs and sipping their drinks. If I were them, I would not. I rather be at work at 9AM and not enjoying their coffee at Starbucks. But then again, that’s just me. I too would suggest avoiding this location. Instead, I would suggest the following locations: Starbucks inside the Safeway at Rivermark Starbucks at N 1st St & Rio Robles Starbucks at Zanker Rd near Montague Expwy

how do you review a starbucks store? The good thing about the starbucks… no, it’s not their coffee… tons of coffee out there that are way better… its the consistency of their product and service. yes, there may be places where service completely sucked but that’s just bad day for you. I was around the area for work and needed a frapp. came in here, was out in 5 mins. can’t complain.

This STARbucks has got ROCKSTARZZZZ! I’ve been here many times awhile back during the days when Unilocal mobile was still in the planning phase — and their customer service is just beyond EXCELLENT, it is THEBEST! When you read down the majority vote reviews here and how consistently all the staff here are — considering the line that goes out the door during their TRAFFICJAM traffic(mostly morning), the staff have always managed to keep an upbeat and service with a warm and genuine smile! If you want to experience what excellent customer service is like from STARBUCKS, you owe it to yourself to try this place at least once! You will be sure to come back again and again! Cheers!

They always have a long line, but most of the workers take their time to greet the customers and not make us feel rush. I always come to this Starbucks since it’s the closest one. Beautiful scenery with nice indoor and outdoor sitting. Today was another great experience. Their internet isn’t that fast, so my gold card reward won’t show up on my phone. I told Melvin I’ll try to pull it up and 5 minutes had passed. He knew I got frustrated and he took care of the situation. He is so sweet and patient! Definitely coming here again.

My boyfriend used to work here so when I used to visit him, it’s not surprising I’d vouch for awesome customer service. It’s like any other Starbucks… busy and noisy. The place is kept well but it’s always crowded. The baristas as always are really helpful answering questions without feeling rushed despite a line. Their bakery items and pastries are really delicious especially their mini cakes. They’re small but they’re heavy. Strictly based on calorie count, a drink and a mini cupcake suffice for a meal and you’ll also feel surprisingly full.

This particular Starbucks is known for their speed because the majority of the customers work nearby and need their caffeine and pastry fix pronto; including myself. I am not much of a coffee drinker only because it has no effect on me. That morning was a rough one for me as I had a tire blowout on 880S. Through the cold and rain, I managed to drive as far as I could towards the Cal Train station because I needed to deliver food for a special someone. Anyway– the staff here are very short, like there’s no time to be friendly. I ordered my iced tall quad espresso w/a pump of white mocha. The drink took less than 2 minutes to reach my hand. The straws here are self served so after grabbing one, I ran to my car so I can get to school w/a caffeine kick… I barely had 3 sips when the cup flipped over. The lid wasn’t put on correctly so you can guess what happened. My car smelled like coffee for quite sometime. It was my fault, I should have checked. I am not going to ding this place for my carelessness. If you want your coffee and pastry quick, definitely come here.
