Starbucks

This is the closest Starbucks near my house and I always choose to go to the one on aborn and capitol, even when I order online they still take forever. I get its ‘busy’ but why is it the other Starbucks takes 5 seconds? Now imma be late to work. -.-

Who writes a review for starbucks?! This guy! Because i had to say, this particular Starbucks has an extremely fast and polite crew behind the counter.
I dropped in at 3 on Christmas Eve looking for last minute gift cards. With the line nearly out the door and having run out of card-​sleeves, the smiling barista helping me managed to find a solution that got me out the door and to my cousins’ stockings quickly!
Much appreciative of this rock star crew!

Great stop on the way to work or on the way home for me. The baristas are very welcoming. Its never too crowded for me and I get my drink quick and easily. Whenever I ask for a recommendation, Michelle always gets me the best thing ever. I just wish I knew how to order her great drinks on my own lol.

Came to this Starbucks to get some work done, and I’m a fan!
— Big parking lot, so that wasn’t a problem even though there was a ton of people
— Baristas all seem very hard working
— Inside: 5 small tables, 1 big table, and 3 counter seats
— Outside: a few tables (but it’s too cold to do work outside!)
— Google Internet, woohoo!
Good place to get your coffee fix and get work done thanks to the fast internet.

«where everybody knows your name…» I mean seriously, THE best Starbucks location in SJ. Friendly, ATTENTIVE staff. Consistent drinks (no matter who makes it). There’s something about having that pick-​me-​up in the AM, made by people who are genuinely happy to be there. Yes, it’s early… and maybe sometimes people don’t respect the hustle that we all need to go through to survive, but they get it. Thank you Aborn staff for being so delightful.

I’ve only recently started to frequent this SB and they’re flantastic, yes, flantastic — you would only know if you’re a Lamb haha. So yeah I basically come here to escape, be by myself, and disconnect from everything. I still remember the first time I visited and it was so peaceful. It was only me and two other baristas in the whole café, very storybook imagery. Anyways I have to say the staff are super heroes. I think I’ve come across most of them and they’re all super friendly and chill. So A+++mazing on customer service. The mornings are very lively because there’s a group of regulars who chats it up while enjoying their drinks. This is the best SB by far.

They have space inside and out to enjoy your finely crafted favorites. Well stocked food case, well OK, it’s 6am, but still it looks really full and delicious

Simply the best Starbucks location in San Jose! Awesome baristas, and clean environment. They actually remember my name now. :)

Drinks are okay, but food is always stale. My frappé was very diluted.

1. The barista walked away from me while ordering. I had to shout my order over the glass panel to the barista on bar. Rude.
2. One barista had rainbow socks up to her knees on. I know that is not Starbucks dress code. And a health hazard at that.
3. Both my bf and I asked for light ice in our fraps, however most locations add more milk to make up for the airy bubbles that occur in the blender… or maybe it’s just common sense? Either way, both of our drinks taste like poop. It’s bubbles with espresso! Not even drinkable. We both threw ours away.
3. I ordered the venti CRCF with 6shots of espresso instead if frap roast, toffee nut instead of caramel syrup and a tall scoop of ice instead of venti. I get it, served with a flat lid, no whip cream, no caramel, no crunchies! She might as well have given me a coffee frap just like my bf! I watched her pour the rest of my over ten dollar drink out. I watched her look at my cup and just throw a flat lid on it. I asked her for crunchies and they suddenly don’t have any, and it’s suddenly a problem to put whip cream and caramel on the drink too!
4. Not only did we leave another location at Capitol Ex. bc they didn’t have venti cups and drove to this location only to get «spat in the face» it felt like. 17 $ is how much our bill is without a happy hour. My coffee is expensive and I expect a good one!
5. I hope Starbucks finds a way to monitor these stores better. I drive to campbell for good coffee now. They have standards, for themselves and the work they do. Not only do I waste money going out of my way for Starbucks ten miles away, but at this point I’m sadly glad to do it. I just have it a lot less now…

The fact that they remember my name every time and make me feel special is why I continue to come to this location! Great job guys! You know how to deliver great customer service! Shout out to Ryan for always remembering my name and drink!

This is still my favorite Starbucks location to get my coffee fix :) They make your drink right & always fill it to the top.
I used to stop by frequently during the morning rush and the baristas are always super friendly and make my drink pretty quickly. Personally, I think this location has the friendliest employees throughout the entire day!
I wouldn’t necessarily sit in this Starbucks with my laptop though since the outlets are limited (they do have an extension cord & phone charging station), but my charger doesn’t extend all the way.

Not so happy about this store. Filthy and dirty. Crumbs everywhere. Fly everywhere. I didn’t last that long, fly keeps flying wherever I seat. Disgusting!

This is the closest Starbucks to my house and when time allows, I’ll stop in before work for a Soy latte which is my guilty pleasure. It’s around 250 calories for a grande size (according to Myfitness pal) and there’s nothing like sipping on some foaming hot goodness while on my way to work.
I’m only taking one star off because the drinks are somewhat inconsistent– the ratio of soy milk to espresso changes depending on who’s making the drink. But, I guess that’s just the «human» factor coming into play. I personally would rather have a barista than a robot making my drinks.

I must have came at a good time Because I has able to order and get my drinks in less than 2min. However the floor was kind of dirty with quite a few straw papers and with 3 people working someone should be able to pick it up but other than that everything was fine

This is the Starbucks that I usually frequent when I’m in the Evergreen Area of San Jose visiting my grandmother. Unfortunately, the parking is limited and the lines inside are always very long. Iced tea and coffee drinks come out well made time and time again. The only issue are the slow lines because the cashiers are always trying to up-​sell the customers in-​line. Barriestas are awesome, cashiers not so much.

My girl and I recently moved to the Aborn area and this starbucks location is the closest to the house. We come here almost every week and they never fail to make our coffee just the way we like it. We always get a white chocolate mocha with an extra shot. Iced or hot depending on the weather. But no matter what temperature they make it it is always BOMB n does the trick.
The employees here are very friendly and make everyone’s orders really fast. I remember this one time I came here and ordered my usual, sat down and before I knew it they had called my name letting me know my drink was done. LIKE MAGIC. hahaha.
But yes come to this Starbucks. They’re not only fast but will make your coffee taste amazing.

One of my favorite locations!
They make their drinks well and the location is spacious with chairs, tables and an outdoor seating area.
New drink of choice to ween myself off of coffee is the Iced Green Tea Latte (sweetened if you have a sweet tooth)! Pretty good if you’re a green tea fan, but I will go for the Venti size!
The baristas are nice and sociable as they should be and this shop is always clean when I come in.

The Starbucks is great because of how big the store is! Plenty of room to wait in line, lots of comfy tables, chairs, and couches. There’s outdoor seating as well so that’s nice. They always keep their sugar/​cream station clean.
The staff here are friendly and always willing to make a little small talk with me. My drinks always come out great.
I love that it’s located in a nice little plaza where there is a diner, Taco Bell, and Nothing Bundt Cakes.
Plenty of parking out front.
